Hi Team,

I am reaching out to bring to your attention an issue with a recent order I placed with Mfine. Unfortunately, the facewash I received was damaged, with the contents spilled and the packaging broken.
I have already sent an email to Mfine's customer support team regarding this matter. Initially, my complaint was handled by Mfine. However, I am concerned that my complaint may not be receiving the necessary attention. It appears that CSR may be personally disregarding the issue, as her response was unsatisfactory. She stated that the vendor team processes orders according to the cart, which does not address the problem of receiving a damaged product.

I am seeking a resolution to this situation

    I booked a telephonic consultation on Mfine app with a psychiatrist because of my critical psychological condition. The appointment was not completed the day it was scheduled and they postponed it twice. I had to cancel few of my personal obligations because of this, but finally even the consultation wad not completed on that day. I had to follow up with Mfine for more than 5-6 times and finally the next day one doctor attended the consultation and wrapped it up with a prescription, without even acknowledging my concerns. This is least expected that too from a psychiatrist. This caused a lot of mental agony to my existing psychological condition.

        I booked an RTPCr test fromFine lab vide booking Id 220109-[protected] on 9th Jan. Sample was collected at 10 am on 10th Jan. It was submitted in lab as per details on the app at 4 pm. I got my test results on 11th Jan at 4pm and report said Sars Cov- NEGATIVE. However since I was having high fever body aches and other symptoms I did home testing before RTPCr thorough Coviself and it was positive. I again did home testing after getting RTPCR and it was positive. I tried to contact Mfine but there was no customer care number only contact us button and customer care will call is back. I got call from customer care in morning on 11th and raised my concern. The customer care told me you need to pay again for repeated test. I told them it is incorrect report and they denied helping me. This is a serious issue where Mfine labs are deliberately giving incorrect report to make money for second repeated test and it is a threat to society.

          Hi,

          we done test through mfine for covid test rtpcr result, for 2 persons, 1 was shown as negative other positive, both staying in same house, this was required for visa interview, as report was positive we missed visa interview and all spent on travel etc for interview

          as we got doubt within 1 hour we done test with prominent lab visiting personally and as expected result of person shown positive by mfine was negative, but we already had losses and mental trauma, mfine is playing with people

            I booked full body check up test on 17/11/2021 with mFine. The sample was collected on the given date morning 20/11/2011 and sample collection agent receipt Rs. 1200 cash fut i shocked I see my report i found that no test report is available according my booking no for example cbc hemoglovie, hb1ac etc.

              I booked RTPCR test for travel online with mFine. The sample was collected on the given date in the evening (at 1845 hrs, as shown on their app) but when I received the report the time of sample collection was wrongly shown as 1000 hrs. The RTPCR sample for travel purposes is required to be given within 72 hrs prior to travel. But due to error on part of mFine I was unable to travel by air because the sample collection time was incorrect in the report (beyond 72 hrs). I brought this to the notice of mFine and requested them to make the correction but the company refused to correct the mistake. Resultantly, I was not allowed to travel and lost my money spent on tickets.

                Me and my wife booked slot for RT-PCR test for ourself as we were travelling and sample were collected on the nxt day. After 24 hr i got my result in mfine app but my wife's result was pending. This was pending for almost 4-5 days . After numerous follow up we got the result and by the time we need to cancel our travel plan due to this delay with a 5% refund from airline. But the result was someone else. App is registered with my wifes number and details and she was using it frm long. Mfine customer care is saying we did make the profile change and we booked the testing for other. Its like a serious offence and blunder by mfine team. How could they just play with someone's test result during this pendamic time.

                  I have paid consultation for Dr. Vikas Reddy, orthopedic surgeon from Medicare Hospitals. but the consultation is not done, it has been nearly 35 hours that we have requested for consultation every time we receive an automated message from Mfine that the doctor is going to call in 1 Hr but that 1hr is not completed since last 30 hrs.

                  we have raised a call back request in Mfine support page but we never received any call from Mfine support team.

                    medical report produced is incorrect

                    I had booked two lab tests through mfine, one for pcod and the other was a comprehensive full checkup on 20th july 2020. I received the reports on wednesday 22nd july 2020 morning. After going through the comprehensive full body checkup report, i was highly tensed as the report depicted, i suffer from serious diabetes, cholesterol, and uric acid problem.
