Mi 10400 Power Bank Complaints & Reviews

I have bought MI 10400 power bank in eBazar . It was delivered to me by the courier team on 5 th of this month 2017 .
I was using it for four days and after four days it is not working.
It is charging but output charging is not coming.
Therefore may I humbly request you to help me and exchange my product.
