Sir, maine apna phone micromex unite 2, 16 august 2016 ko Bareilly service center per diya tha unhone mujhse kaha 650 Rupay ka kharcha aayega but payment krne ke bawjood mera phone theek nhi hua, jo problem pehle thi wo ab hi hai, ab wo mujhse 2250 rupay ki demand or kr rahen hai, pichhle 1 month se unhe call kr rha hun per wo refund nhi kr rahen hai, service center bhi gya to bhi paise wapis nhi kiye, sir main bahot pareshaan ho gya hun...

I am working in a newspaper as a journalist. i have purchased one mobile of aforesaid model from our local micromex authorised shop on 22.05.16. but after 10 days of purchase i suddenly found that the phone didnot switch on. immediately i handed it over to your service centre on 14.06.16....
