Hello all,

I am also in contract with a gujarat based company quick solutions/ millenium freelancing services. I started working with them since 16th dec 19, my id was also blocked yesterday due to multiple logins but it was activated today, now it is again blocked, and now i am seeing multiple simillar incidences. I am afraid, if they demand for money or frighten me with legal issues, how to deal with it?
Can anyone help me?

I received a message from md-hccrtt. The text reads as follows:
Case has been registered at aurangabad district court near, samadhan colony, konkanwadi, aurangabad, maharashtra-431005. Case type - breaching contract of millenium freelancing services
Case status - approved. Case number - uel07/2019/*
Advocate name - vishal chaudhary filing number -2019/* fir number agr/br/85*/l* under act - ipc 73, 74, 420, 465, 62a62.

Brief about the incident :
I received a call from [protected], a man who named himself rutvik, on 9th of august 2019. He said i had applied for a part time data entry job from shine.com, which clearly i did not.

The person called me a couple of time during that day compelling me to agree to his offer, unfortunately which i did fall for the bait. Afterwards i signed a clumsy looking document under peer pressure from this company, i was under the impression that this might actually be a good opportunity for people. Regardless, i searched this company on the internet and found hundreds of complaints on the indian consumer complaints forum.

Upon which i spoke to this individual and in return he provided me two references to speak to. I believe both are equally involved with this fraud company.

Today i received this message which i have re-typed in the beginning.

This is such a fake company, initially they called me asking if i. Want to work with them and if i have laptop/pc and an internet connection. The work was of form filling they promised 19, 200 for 600 forms per form rs 32 i worked for them and i completed my work before time now when i am asking for my payment they are saying first you have to pay the server maintenance charge and the people talking to us on the helpline number are hell rude, never waste your time on this company and never be scared of the calls they make for money it's a scam!!

But koi call ni aaya. Aaj inki tef se mere aginst case file krne ka msg aaya. Sirmujhe legal proceedings se boht dr lgta h plz aap mujhe help kro plz plz plz.

I have registered with them on 10th Aug nd started d work on 11th Aug but on 13th Aug the account was not opening nd it was showing dat act is blocked due to multiple logins. Now I am trying to contact customer care the r cutting my calls and d executive who talked to me is not replying to d messages. The data they provided also is fake and not a single email is is active or original.

Dear sir/ma'am, i have received a call regarding work from home from this no. [protected]. They have said me to do fill the 600 forms in 6 days but due to some problem i was unable to do that. They have done agreement with me and agreement form no is same of the people with whom they have send the agreement. Now they are asking me to pay 15, 999 in half hour or pay 55, 999 in court. They are saying that they will send me a legal notice and u have to go to court to pay the amount. He was also saying that he was advocate and speaking from court.
In evening i have received a male from there side to pay 1, 30, 000 otherwise this amount will be doubled if you will not pay. Regards from legal department (Under aurangabad district court). Even in agreement form thay haven't mentioned the money they will charge. Contact number of fraud advocate is [protected]. Have searched on google they are showing about fake company but i am scared bcz they are saying that they will send a legal notice from court. Please help me regarding this problem. On 10th August 2019, I was searching for online part time job through Quikr and after a few moments I got a call from a number [protected] and offering me a online form-filling job without any registration charges payment. I showed interest since most of the part time job offering agencies were demanding registration charges from Rs.500 to Rs.3000 without any strong payment proofs.

And on 12th Aug, they blocked my account for illogical reasons stating multiple logins and when I sent a mail for assistance to the given email address, they called me on 13th Aug 2019 at 11:57PM asking me to deposit Rs.7999/- towrds account activation charges max by 1:00PM or else my file will be given to their so called Legal department and I have to pay approximately Rs.17000/- towrds agreement cancellation and generating N.O.C.

It is now beyond my comprehension that for what reasons shall I pay such amount to them. This is all fake and these people are running fraud and ponzi schemes attracting people who need money for to meet their needs and then these fraudsters extract money from us threatening of legal action. I have attached the SMS screenshot and so called agreement snapshots for ready reference and perusal.

Therefore it is requested to kindly do the needful and my request to all my friends, not to be a victim of these fraudulent schemes.

I have received calls from the company called millennium freelancing services few days back. They offered me a home based work in which i was told to complete 600 forms within 6 days... And they were paying 19200 for this work.
As per the terms i have complete the work within the desired time. Now they are saying what so ever work you have done is wrong and you will not received any money. Instead they said to paying some money for cancellation of project or you have to pay 16000 to redo the work. As i was unable to pay the amount they lodged a fir against me and filed a case in court. Please do help me in this regard.

I have completed my work on 6 th august 2019, and then they said u ll get ur report within 48hours and v ll call u aftr tht for payment but aftr three days whn i tried to login they hv blocked my id and whn i called them they said u hv to pay 4000 something to unblock ur id and thts all #. If i hv completed my work thn whts the purpose to block my id. Its a fraud company so every1 kindly beware

This project is 6 days what my account has been blocked multipule login..2 day block my account im contect in custmor care. He is asking your are submitted online ammount 7999 then will be acctivated your account. And increse your to days more. Done so i have pay 7999
What my account close in befor 1 day and today im conected custmor care he is asking 3000 pay and activated 1 day account.. This is a not right way and blackmaling to me redgarding like court samman

3 days ago i received a call from a company called millenium freelancing services which offered me a job of data entry operator without any fee. I got my id & password from the company on 7th august. On that day i signed an agreement with the company in which they said that on multiple login or in case of not doing work on given time period they take some charges but they didn't mention about any time period of giving that charges. Tonight i am blocked by them and start blackmailing me on the behalf of the agreement. This is a fraud company. Numbers o[censored]sers have complained against this company already. It is a huge scam. There is no legal existence or identity of this company. The company is doing this scam on a massive scale. I have some proofs against them, few recordings, all the emails, whats app messages and agreement. Help me in figuring out the way to get out of this trouble and scam.

Hi. I received a call from this company. They told about data entry work i agreed to work. On the third day i got to know that company is fraud. I do research and come to know about it. So i stopped my work after that and changed my number as well as gmail so that they would not create any kind of stupidity in my life. I urge to you please take action against this company so that they could learn how the hard work look like. The address which they wrote on digitally so called fake agreement is also not exist on google map.

My name is sagar jha living in new delhi. I am complaining for millenium freelancing services. They have called me for freelancing forms filling work which have they said they give me 32rs per form and for 6 days 600 forms.
I started my work today 12:41 am and for some reason i have closed my laptop and now i opening it again 12:20 pm so it is showing that "your account has been blocked due to multiple logins" even i did not anything did not multiple login and then i called to helpline number and he is saying that i contact to advocate and pay 7000 something for maintenance.
Please kindly help me also my financial situation is not good please.

4 days ago i received a call from a company called millenium freelancing services offer me a job of data entry operator without any fee. I got my id & password from the company on 31st august. On that day i signed an agreement with the company in which they said that on multiple login or in case of not doing work on given time period they take some charges but they didn't mention abt any time period of giving that charges.
Today morning i am blocked by them but after an hour they unblock me themselve but agai after 1 or 2 hour they blocked me again & start blackmailing me on the behalf of the agreement but i told them to give 3-4 day time to arrange rs. 7999 (Said by company for multiple login) but they told me to arrange that money within 5 or 6 hour other they told me to get ready for the court case.
I have some proofs against them.

I registered myself as a freelancer on millennium freelancing services to earn money money for personal expenses on 26 july 2019. I applied for this job through quicker and next day a man calls me and ask me if i'm interested in data entry job and he told me there is no need to paty registration charge at first, the amount will deduct from my first salary which is 19500 per week after completion of 600 forms in 6 days.
I registered and after two days of registration when i logged in my account to start my work "your account has been blocked due to multiple login" was displayed on my screen.

Then i called their customer care no. Which is more likely a personal no. ([protected]) then firstly that person kept my phone on hold and then he told me either to pay 7990 to reactivate my account or 4990 as registration amount to close the deal. He added "if you are not going to pay any of the amount then hire an advocate from your side for the court".

I do work of 600 pages as a data entry give it by the company. But after comletion of works they said that they deduct into my money as[protected].
I complete the work before the time geave it to me.
Take proper action and give my amount as per decided, because i spent lots of time in this project.

Khan, he told me about online data entry work project from home, when i got satisfied by his talking then he send me a link to registration & login to do their given work project from my home pc & they also provide me a legal agreement on stamp to assure me. They given me 600 pages for 6 days working project and they assured me to pay 32 inr for per page. But there were some conditions like there should be 540 correct pages out of 600 pages.
After that i started my work by my pc from home on 23 july 2019, when i finished my work on 23 july 2019 then i shut down my pc and next day onward i again started my work from afternoon on 24 july 2019.
On same day 24 july 2019 at about 12 : 30pm i shut down again my pc to take it some rest. But when i started my pc after 1 hour then my id was showing me it's blocked due to multiple logins.
When i called to customer care & also concerned representative on same day i called them & told him about the problem.
On 24 july 2019 they told me that i should logout the id which was given by them to me, then i told them that also on 24 july 2019 i shut down my pc without logout and after that next day on 24 july 2019 my id was opening now what happened, then customer care representative told me that his representative mr. Khan already sent me a pdf file on your what's up to aware me about the logout but i told him also that no one any pdf file i got about logout by your representative on what'sup.
When today 24 july 2019 i called them again to let them know that i have not got any call to unblock my then now they are giving me warning to court notice against me and demanding about of 8000 inr for server maintenance charges which is refundable after completing the project.
Dear sir i waste my lots of time to do this project and also spent some money costing, they were promising to give me about 19000 rs for 6 days project. I spent my whole day & nights to complete this work and i i have completed 200 pages in two days.
Dear my financial & economical conditions not well so i pushed my total hardworking & focused on this project & wanted to get next project. I have also mailed them about the concern and i have some recording of them to support my wordings. Sir help me & pls do a some favor to action against this fraud company to provide me compensation

Then he told me that he is confirming about this & cut off his phone then i again called him and when i called him again then immediately i got a pdf file about logout id on what's up.
When i called him again then assured me that his service engineer will call me and will unblock my id within afternoon or till to evening.
Then i wait till to evening 5:00 pm and after this i called back him then he assured me again that till to end of day i will get call from their service engineer but i didn't get a single revert whole day from their side.
When today 23 july 2019 i called them again to let them know that i have not got any call to unblock my then now they are giving me warning to court notice against me and demanding about of 8000 inr for server maintenance charges which is refundable after completing the project.

When i called to customer care & also concerned representative on same day then their phones was Continu Busy 2 Hour, so same day on 23 july i called them & told him about the problem.
n 22 july 2019 they told me that i should logout the id which was given by them to me, then i told them that also on 20 july 2019 i shut down my pc without logout and after that next day on 21 july 2019 my id was opening now what happened, then customer care representative told me that his representative mr. xyz already sent me a pdf file on your what's up to aware me about the logout but i told him also that no one any pdf file i got about logout by your representative on what's up.
Then he told me that he is confirming about this & cut off his phone then i again called him and when i called him again then immediately i got a pdf file about logout id on what's up.
When today 24 july 2019 i called them again to let them know that i have not got any call to unblock my then now they are giving me warning to court notice against me and demanding about of 8000 inr for server maintenance charges which is refundable after completing the project.

I started work with this company on 22/july. I almost completed more than half of my work. But suddenly on 24/july when i login to this account, it showed that the account has been blocked due to multiple login attempts.
When i called up on customer care number, they are asking to pay 7999/- for account activation or 4449/- for cancellation of previous work.
And when i asked that what if i don't pay any of these so they are sending text messages that they will legally take action regarding this. Please tell me what is to be done in this case.

For registration, they didn't charged any amount. They just demanded for a photo of identity proof (I provided them with my adhaar card photo through whatsapp) and also they made me fill an online registration form (It stated to send a selfie photo and a pic with your signature on a paper).

I opened an account on millenium freelancing services on 19th july 2019 and on 20th received call from that my account has been blocked due to multiple login and they asked for deposit of 5000, i have deposited same on 20th july 2019, now they are calling and telling to deposit17530 to cancel the agreement and avoid legal issue.
