I have ordered Blue color Designer saree from Mindhol.com. I have received delivery of Pink and Green color which is worst quality product and i paid Rs.1100 for the same in cash on delivery method. Now their website is not working for returning the product. I had incurred loss of Rs 1100 because of this website. It’s a case of fraud And they are cheating people by displaying one product and delivery’s of another product. Please help...

I had ordered a saree from mindhol.com product worth 999 rs with shipping charges 100 rs. Product code was m-102 colour of saree was pink and green, but when i receive the product it was yellow saree which may be not even 100 rs. Shocked with the cheating. Unable to recover from it. They dnt have any returreturn policy, no customer care not email. Address of the company in the packet is shivshankar-26, anjana, usha, surat gujarat, surat 395002....

After receiving the fake product i tried to contact customer care and return the product and i have called to customer care also, executive said that we wil give u full refund through google pay can u please us ur google...
