I raised the PF transfer request in UAN Portal (Form13) on 2nd Aug 2022 and the PF transfer was marked as a success.
MT needs to raise and provide Annexure K and transfer the amount to the new company.

      Hi,
I want to follow up on my application for transfer of PF account from MindTree (past employer) to Birlasoft (current employer), per details below:

Provident Fund # Date of Joining
      MindTree details KN/24410/161 19-Apr-2000
      Birlasoft details DL[protected] 18-Jun-2007

      1. Request for transfer of PF from MindTree to Birlasoft initiated through Form 13 submitted to Birlasoft.
      2. Birlasoft sent out the form to MindTree for their processing. MindTree after due processing submitted the form to RPFC (Regional Provident Fund Commissioner) on Jul-2007.

Hope for an early response and resolution

I applied for a credit card, this February(2009). I've two years of experience as a software engineer. They readily accepted the application, after asking for the required documents. After approx 3 months, I enquired about the status, only to find they've rejected it. Reason - they want minimum 3 years experienced professionals, not below that. This is because of global economic meltdown. Understandable. But, this rule was made on Jan 2009, and I applied precisely on Feb 11. My question is, why I was not made aware of any such rule at the time of application. I applied directly, and not through an agent. I would not have wasted time in getting all required documents, going to the bank and submitting them. If this was the US, I could have sued such an unprofessional bank, which does not know how to treat customers. Being India, of course things are different.
