I recently purchased items worth Rs 500 from your Orion Mall Bengaluru store on 5th Feb. I tried paying using Google pay initially but it got stuck and then later I handed over cash to complete the transaction. However, the very next minute, the Google pay transaction completed and I showed it to the billing executive.
They said that they will not be able to return the cash, but I will get a refund in my account by the next day. They...

I have wrongly transferred amount of rupees 300 through paytm on 31.04.2020 to miniso akshardham in07 store.
I was doing payment to some other account by somehow it got transferred to this account.

I have registered complain on same day of transaction at their email id contacts for complaint
[protected]@miniso.com but no one has taken any action yet

I request you to kindly make them to reverse the payment at the earliest.

I went shopping at Miniso at Commercial street Banaglore few days ago. I was asked to pay for the carry bag, I understand it is not a practice which is allowed. I was told cleary that i had to buy the bag. The products bought were big and i could not accomodate in my bag. I had to pay for the paper bag which they gave. The attitude was store manager was even worst.. where he said i could do what i wanted to but i had to pay Please help
