I have applied for IB ACIO-II exam by MHA and during payment i had paid Rs. 506/- through ICICI netbanking through transaction Id :[protected] on 19th dec 2020, though payment of R.506/- got deducted but the system showed it unsuccessful.

But after few days, I again paid through credit card and this time form was submitted successfully.

As I have paid twice kindly refund the 19th dec. 2020 payment mentioned above.

My application number MHA[protected] for ib acio form i made a payment through card payment (central bank of india) my amount of fee 500 rs deducted from my a/c but fee is not show paid in my form and shows failed status but i didn't get my refund nor paid for application fee. Please check it and solve this problem as soon as posibile further details of transction attacted in ss of my bank statment.

I am unable to fill the application form due to error in the website. I have mailed them but did not receive any reply.

The problem is, when I am entering the qualification details, and trying to submit, it gives the following message- "Please enter Percentage of Marks in Essential Qualification Details.", but no option is given to enter marks in essential qualification section.

Good day, i have a complaint concerning a birth certificate that i have been waiting for more than a year now. I have been to the social worker concerning my case and we both went personally in to home affairs however home affairs in khayelitsha (In fact all the departments of home affairs) have not been of any help and they have not resolved my issue. The attitude and how the staff conduct a situation is pathetic and not professional. I need the birth certificate asap for school reasons and healthcare reasons. I need this matter to be looked into as soon as possible.

I had applied for renewal of my passport in ahmedabad on 13/10/2011. Till now, didn't get my passport. I wrote mail to passport office many times, but yet i didn't get any response from them.
The status is showing as "your file is under review at regional passport office".
When i visit personally to rpo-ahmedabad, they always reply "ministry of home affairs do not reply us".
Sir, same situation, time, conditions was in my husband case, and he got passport.
Kindly help me to get the passport as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that we north east india committee on relief and development (Neicord) have already applied for darpan unique id on 12th november 2018, but till date we have not receive the unique id yet, infact we have given a complaint on 20th december 2018, they have revert back on 26th december 2018 asking for neicord darpan login id and password, we have replied and send the same on 27th december 2018. Since we have not receive the darpan unique id therefore we cannot file fcra annual return on due date (31st december 2018)

Our whole village's peoples approx 500 men & women was invested in a company - ravi kran realcon pvt ltd. His company director is mr kaushik chatterjee. Peoples deposited their amount in a rd scheme. But till date they have not found any maturity amounts. Whole village's peoples are in big problem, mr nobhar singh was senior in this company who suggested to poor peoples for investment & said he is liable for that. But three years has been lapsed he is also not taking any action & all money of poor peoples are he have. Request you to please help us & resolve the matter at the earliest.

I am a student of bhupendra narayan university madhepura.in my graduation course was 2015 to 2018, according to which my graduation should have been done till may 2018 but i still have not graduated even after three years passed in may 2018, only part 1 exam was taken by the university if it continues, my graduation will take six years

This has caused great damage to my studies and i am feeling very disturbed about the fact that my future is getting worse and the situation of mental stress is always maintained.

Now, in the university, millions of students are studying students who are proud of, and this is not the only university, but this is the case with the whole of the university of bihar, in which three year course of graduation will be in five years and pg are two years the students who are studying in all the universities of bihar are wasting their time and money and do not study in the university of bihar, nor do the exams happen in time, why university is open? In this way, the life of students is being ruined by university students in bihar.

Nor is there any action being taken by the governor, nor the vice chancellor nor any minister, so that the status of the university is going to get bitterly, so you are interfere with it because it is linked to millions of students.

My name is Niranjan Kumar, I am a resident of Katihar district of Bihar. I am a student of Bhupendra Narayan University Madhepura. In which my graduation course was from 2015 to 2018 but now my session will last two to three years to complete. The reason for this is that my session is running very late. There is no education in this university, Neither exams are taken at the time, nor do teachers remain taught in the university. Universities are not much more than the junkyard.A national university is being run by such government to keep the youth unemployed by the government. In which the students will be wasted time and money in the name of education. There is a study in the university but three years of graduation degree is given in five to six years, without any reading, they have to get some jobs from the degree. In the end, such young people remain unemployed, the national project of the government becomes complete is.
Bihar's money-makers have arranged and arranged to teach their children and those who are poor and ordinary people could not read their children, they were also arranged so that they remained the same generations as their ancestors. It does not matter to the big people, the conditions of the university are bad because their children have opted for the second university. The common people who have been deserted were invited to dream in an empty class room.
For this reason neither the governor of Bihar nor the Chief Minister of Bihar nor the Vice Chancellor of the University nor any action was taken by the minister. With which the position of the University has been rebutted, so you should close this university. By this time, in 2018, the children of Bihar, near the twelfth century, do not take admission in this university, and they should be protected from their bad life.

I am k mariappan, working in a private company from trichy, i got work permit visa for dubai in embassy ask me for pcc in emigration. First i have applied passport office and i got the certificate but, that certificate is not valid. We have to get sp office but our trichy superintendent of police (Sp) office does not give police clearance certificate. Because of they have not received any order from government. But other near district issued for pcc. Kindly give a permission to superintendent of police (Sp) office to issue pcc certificate. This is for our life.

I have told him several times but he is not giving any attention to it. I was walking on the road and was on a call when suddenly 3 boys on bike came and the third guy snatched my phone and ran. As i contacted the police i felt that they were more helpless than me. I asked them to get my phone track they told me that they can't as they need permission from the dcp. There was no immediate actions even though the the police officers were helpful but still couldn't make it.

With due respect and humble submission that, I the undersigned reached at Uttam Nagar (East) Metro Station on 14th Oct, 2014 about 08:23 hrs and put my Tiffin box into the scanning machine and wait for my turn for my physical checking.Before coming out from the checking point, my Tiffin box has been dropped down after coming out from the scanning machine due to not having any supporting system between the machine and the table where luggage is accumulated. Resultantly, its cover has been badly broken. I immediately ask to the Constable of CISF who was standing near to the luggage, he replied that, I joined today (i.e. 14.10.14) from Jaipur (Rajasthan) and not aware about this. Then, I immediately ask to the Sub Inspector (CISF) Syed Mir Ahmed who was sitting with scanning machine, installed near to the ladies checking point, reason for not depute a man with the scanning machine for extending support to belongings of the passengers after coming out from the scanning. He replied in an egotistically manner that it is not our duty to provide safety and abrasion of the luggage. I astonished, after hearing of his verdict. It means, our valuable items have no value for the CISF personnel till in his capacity. Then, who will responsible for our items which were put into the scanning machine. I told him that I will write complaint against you and you will face its effect and I moved ahead. He started whispering. I turned and asked what you are saying. He replied in a very appalling manner “ Jo karna ha ja kar le ja, koi farq nhi padta. Metro is made for the convenience of the passenger and such kind of man always making defame of the life line Metro as well as their department too. The way of talking of above Sub-Inspector was very awful and uneven as well as his attitude towards me was also very not convivial, whereas, CISF personnel, deputed on Metro duty should be cordial and friendly with the passengers. This experience makes me shock that how a responsible SO of CISF is still unaware about the basic behaviour. My request you, such type of personnel should not be deployed on the Metro Station. In this regard, I immediately talk to his Inspector/Coy Commander Mr. Sorean on his mobile and informed about the incident. After hearing, he shocked and replied that, it is our duty to take care and safety of the luggage/belongings of the passengers until passenger’s pick-up. I further make request to Mr. Sorean to provide mobile number or Telephone number of their concerned Deputy Inspector General (DIG) so that I can inform him about this incident. Surprisingly, he replied that, he did not have his DIG’s number then I asked from Head Constable Mr Reddy, who was in the CISF’s office, he also replied the same. It shows that how much they are sincere towards their job and having melafide intention to prevent complaint goes to the knowledge of their DIG or senior officer. Due to this, I reached my office appx. 55 minutes late. I have lodged the complaint in this regard at Uttam Nagar (East) Metro Station on 14th Oct, 2014 vide Complain No.A-34023 under reference. My humble request you to kindly attach some supporting system with the scanning machine so that luggage/articles can’t be fall down. Secondly, severe disciplinary action may be taken against SI Syed Mir Ahmed for his misbehaviour and untailored attitude as shown being a responsible Subordinate officer, so that a message can be aired among personnel of CISF to not repeat such type of misbehaviour and untailored attitude with the passenger. My further request you to kindly intimate me the action taken against him through the written communication. I had lodged a complaint earlier vide Complaint No. A-35140 dated 22nd July, 2014 at Uttam Nagar (East) Metro Station, New Delhi but no any written communication has been received yet. My humble request you to kindly outcome of both complaints may please be communicated for further course of action. I am Austrian national married to Indian national. I live in India on a X-Visa. I have applied for a PIO Card in December 2010. The Ministry of Home Affairs sent a letter to the Foreigners Registration Office in Panjim, Goa on the 21st March 2011, stating that I have applied for PIO and that the FRO may inquire and send a detailed report back to the Ministry of Home Affairs. The Fro had advised me that the case had already been forwarded to the Section officer of the Ministry of Home affairs, dated 4th August 2011.

Since that nobody has tried to contact me. I have been trying to call officials to track down my PIO application, those are either unavailable or directly forward me to the Visa support center. The officials in the visa support center forward me to the Ministry of home affairs, thus I end up in a vicious circle where nobody seems to be able to tell me what happened to my PIO application!

The PIO application has been hanging now nearly for 2 years in the air and nobody can help me! It seems that it is stuck somewhere, lying forgotten in an office, and I don't get the right person on the phone to talk too!

Please I need help!!!
