recharge failed

I done recharge on 15.04.2019 of rs.150 and on 21.04.2019 0f rs.110, my transaction id is[protected], recharge was failed and i got a message on that day itself as" transaction had failed due to technical issue and recharge amount will refund within 7 working days, but its almost 15 days had finished, still now i didnt get any refund from your end, so check it once and kindly resolve my complaint....

please help me they are fooling everyone

My name is jasmine. I and doing my sessions in lokhanwala

I was committed weight loss with cms. Dont spend your money. Payal and most of staff are lier and has too much of attitude. I was said weight loss will be it was because of my diet i already lost 5kgs before coming to them post that i lost only 1kgs in 4session. They keep you waiting for 1hour also on weekends they give more preference to other client inspite of booking...

debit card charges

My account no is[protected], while opening the account i was told that i will not get any debit card charges by mr subhodeep chowdhury. However i have been charged 293.82 for debit card.
I would also complaint about mr subhodeep chowdhury for giving worst services. Neither he picks my call, neither he replies me on wats app. Employee like subhodeep chowdhury should be thrown out of bank. I would request to refund my debit card charges....
