My complaint is against mivi.in which is a site operated by seminole tech.
my issue is regarding the refund of my products the products have been returned over a month ago from raising this complaint and there is no response yet. the customer service is the worst customer service i have come across in my life. i regret buying items from this company. firstly the customer service cannot be reached once connected every representative asks you to wait for 24-48 hrs for a resolution and this is just going on from the past month and today when i called the customer service i wanted to speak to the senior or higher authority the customer service agent kept saying there are no seniors available and cannot put you through and you would have to wait for an update and when i refused to disconnect the call waiting to speak to a senior the agent just gives the closing verbiage and ends the call without even letting me speak or say something. i had also mentioned to give me the details in writing stating that there are no seniors available to answer the call and with an exact time for the refund to be received, there was no confirmation received for that as well. very pathetic customer service and company

I have purchased Mivi duopods m20
from Flipkart but I was not satisfied with the sound quality of the product even mic was not working up to mark normal calls i am not able to take my voice is not going to the person and while listening the music its sound is very very low so claimed the warranty I mailed them and they arranged a pickup they picked the product and got the mail that product has been reached and they are checking on the same and still I haven't got any reply nor my product i have mailed several times but I am not getting any response on the same I am attaching the mails ss and the guy who picked up the product

I have registered complaint about warranty claim of my product on 24 nov 2021.
then they pickup the product from home on 9th december2021.
after that i got a mail on 11 Dec that the query will get resolve successfully, at the earliest but after 11th i tried mails but i am not getting any response from mivi.in. its almost 1month but my complaint is not resolved.

I ordered my mivi duopods a25 on 6th sep 2021 and they gave me awb number but the awb no is showing incorrect and customer service is also not responding please help...

I bought mivi Collar 2 earphones from mivi on 18 march 2021 with 1 year warranty. Due to some technical faults the earphone stopped working on 23rd June 2021. I have sent them the original bill provided by Amazon and the other details.
After that they picked up the product on 1st July, I got automated mails from them but never received the final date that the product will be delivered or returned by this date. They are just sitting on the product and not responding to calls also.

I request from them to repair the product or it will not get repaired then provide me the new Product.

I Have Raise A Complain Via Company Mail id August 3 Still Today Company Is Did not Answer My All Question My Product Is Under Warranty So As Soon A Possiable Issue Is Solved

Mivi CC234 3.1A Dual Port Smart Wall Charge Adapter - (Black)

Bought this charger in Feb 18. The charger got faulty after 3 months. I contacted Mivi customer care 2 months after that.
I have sent the charger them and Seema from their side replied that it is faulty and sending the new charger. It was 26th OCT 18 when I got the last mail from them. Sent many reminders but they are not replying the mails.
Suspect that they don't want to replace the charger now.

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY MIVI PRODUCTS.

I had ordered charger and usb from mivi.in on 13/06/18 order no. R[protected] and returned on 27/06/18 as the product wasn't satisfying to me. Mivi.in recieved that product. Refund amount is ₹673. Still the refund is not deposited in my account even after repeated enquiry by email and calls. So please look after this. It's been more than one and half months the order is received by mivi company
