Mivi (Seminole Electronics Private Limited) Complaints & Reviews

Bought Mivi Collar 2 from Mivi website on July 2021, which worked fine for 2 months, however there was an issue with sound.Contacted for Replacement, They quickly arraged for Pick Up on Sept 17th 2021.But after Several Follow Up they did not send the replacement.There are no Customer care Number availiable. The Number which is given in the website - +[protected] is a DUMMY PHONE NUMBER, which never responds.
They have set down Chat Bots at Facebook, WHattsapp ect, which replies always the same that is " We do Undertand your concern, we will get back to you"...This Chatbot message will always be broadcated, no matter what you will type and how many times you share your concern.
I am going to File a Legal coplaint on this CHEATING if there is no response in next 10 days.

The product was purchased from company site on May 16, 2021 and paid RS-999/ thru Paytm when it was received on May 19, 2021 it was non functional/defective for which the ticket no-645563 was raised with the company and a return pick was done on May 29, 2021.
Despite several follow ups including with the CEO Mr.Viswnandh Kandula who assured of resolution ASAP in end of may itself no replacement is received till date !
