Hello,
I bought a thermostat cooling housing bottom spare part for mahindra scorpio 2006 model BS 3 . After making the payment on 28th September they said they will courier the part to Kerala where I am stranded it's 4th October & still it's not been delivered & they are not picking up the phone. The courier service they have partnered up with Franch Express is also not responding too.

I approaches this organization for thermostat cooling bottom spare part for my scorpio 2005 model CRDE BS3 as I am stranded in Kerala. Paid them On 28th via online & asked them to courier to my designated.address . It's 4 th & still I have not recieved the spare parts. They are not responding to my calls nor the courier service agents too.
