It's been more than 2 months of submitting online application and doing online payment but still there is no person to visit my home and do the connection.
Request team to send respective person to get the connection done ASAP....

We have taken the MNGL supply of domestic gas for residential purposes ( BP Number[protected] and have been paying our bills regularly and in time . But, MNGL has been charging Rs. 100.00 as late fee in every bill and are not providing any explanation when it is taken up or explanations which are not convincing and lack clarity and details.

We took MNGL connection few months ago and gave then a cheque for the deposit amount. They have not cleared the cheque for the last 5 months and have sent us a statement with the cheque amount as pending.
I sent the picture of the cheque number, no responce and no statement.
Pathetic service . Cheque number 308476...

MNGL done the required piping work in our society and we have also given check about 5500/- for the GAS connection (almost 1.5 Years back).

The check is submitted and the payment is done to MNGL but still the GAS connection is not given. I called several times to MNGL customer care but did not get concrete answer.
