Dear Sir,
I had booked a sofa from Mobel Indian PvT Ltd, Mani square Mall on 2nd July 2014. They promised to deliver it by next 3 days. But before the delivery I realized that sofa requires some customization to fit into my apartment. Then they refused to do that and almost stopped responding. After a lot of folow up call and request they agreed to that with a change of RS 2000/- extra. I have transferred that amount to Mobel India...
