The mobile tower has come in residential area ( Maya store, Ichapore Majher Para. Post Ichapore Nawabganj Dist North 24 pgs, West Bengal 743144 Near Bibhukinkar High School )and we want to remove this tower which is seriously hazardous for residents of the area. I'm afraid if you can help us in removing this tower from residential area. In beside of a Higher Secondary School, Please Sir Remove this tower immediately for save our and our school children.

Am an resident of the KGF (kolar gold field) we are residing in the swarna nagar residential area, very close to our house the 2 mobile towers have been started installation am very scared because of the radiation health problem already my mother is suffering from breathing problem, and my wife is pregnant
i studied in the magazines that due to the radiation the health will be spoiled very badly, so i dont want the people surrounding to spare their lives for the mobile tower, let them maintain proper distance from the residence, pls take an action to save lives.

with due respect sir,my uncle and aunt are living in tiruvilla,pathnamthitta district of kerala.One Mobile tower is placed within few distance of their house, which is causing health problems to my aunt and my uncle is facing skin problems.They issued complaints against it in the municipality but no result came we went to court but still they could'nt get get any positive result.My aunt is having serious problem,my aunt and uncle are living alone but now it's a problem for them to live now.So,i kindly urge you to please consider my complaint and help us.

1month ago i read the add on news paper Dainik jagran- kanpur edition for mobole tower installation.

there are a contact person said me to deposite 3800 in my Director a/c HDFC bank for the name od Amarjeet kumar. and i will asend a team for survey for mobile tower.

after depositing amount those no is switched off. the fraud no is:

Hey , to whom so ever it may concern .... I live in banarsi dass estate colony , mall road , Delhi .. And I would like to complain against an tower in our locality ....as per the research the towers must not be located in residential areas .... It may be causing an inner harmful effect ... So I want this issue to be taken seriously ....

I will be highly obliged if concern authorities look into the matter personally and come up with a sol asap.....

BSNL is going to Construct a tower at Baghey Khola opposite LPG Bottling Plant on the roof of Mr Ravi Pradhan's house without consulting the immediate neighbors and has not taken the NOC also. We'll Become the victim of radiation in our future as our house falls not more than 10 feet from the tower. According to the rule tower should be more than 100 meter from the home.

So Prevention Is better than Cure. Pl help us to stop the construction and save the life of all villagers from adverse effect of radiation. All Villagers.

I am a resident of South Kolkata in KMC area of 92 ward/burough-x,
in front of my residence over the roof of a 3-storied house 2 mobile towers are installed - one in 2009 , & other one in 2010. I got surprised when I enquired from KMC under TRI - act 2005 that both the Towers are installed by-- a) one is TATA & another co by b) Indus Tower co. both the towers are installed without the permission of KMC & other local bodies permissions, admitted by Exe. Engineer in his letter . As per laid down Guide lines of govt. of W.B & Pollution control board of W.B govt. is purely illegal & it is highly dangerous for health of neighbour residence from its eletro magnetic radiation. this matter has been brought to knowledge of DOT & IT Ministry ,Hon'ble Prime Minister of India - ( PMO ) New Delhi,ETc.
for early demolition as those two tower companies have violated rules , no regularisation after paying penalty, coz. in our country everything is possible by paying money . I am putting this complaint before everybody how these dishonest companies are making busines at the cost of our lives, coz. money is there bottomline of business not the human life ???

I am in very critical situation because I'm afraid of the danger of hazardous radiation of mobile towers.
We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Pameshwar Gate, Firozabad-283203, Uttar Pradesh, India.

My father Late Shri Subhash Chandra Gupta was the resident of Pameshwar Gate, Firozabad-283203, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA.
has licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of BSNL Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Pameshwar Gate, Firozabad.

In May 2008, a BSNL mobile tower was established on the roof of my house. But that time, I and my family members was ignorant about matter of the harmful radiation of mobile tower.
But now we come to know that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 500 meters away from the residential area as the radiation emanating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are ignorant of their effect.

The wall of mobile tower building is about to attach to the building of the Revati Devi girls inter school in which only 4-18 years age girls are studied. And another C.L.G. play way & primary school is situated near about 350 meters away from the tower building in which only 3-15 years age students are studied.

The society in which mobile tower is situated is very crowdy area and about in thousands of people are facing harmful radiation daily.

One of the problem is that my eldest brother is about 33 years old having two children. He is suffering from cancer in liver. In 2002 it was operated but now again same position is start to evolve.
My father is expired before 6 months ago. So in this situation we are in great depression because of Father's death as well as knowing about the fact of the harmful radiation of mobile tower.

We want your help not for only my brother but also for brothers and sisters studied in schools and live near my place.

Please help us. The residents of Pameshwar Gate, Firozabad need your help.


We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the my House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area otherwise anything may be take place.

A mobile tower ( Tata, as communicated by the people working there) was constructed in Teekam Nagar Near S.D.M. Court Sadabad Hathras. The land acquired by them is in the vicinity of public houses (In the range of 20 meters). The main problem is noise pollution occured during night. They (Mobile Tower Person)have no electricity connection so usually run normal DG set. Sound proof generator oftenly stops working.First of all we do not know whether the mobile tower should be constructed there or by which clause mobile construction is legal there. We do not know the agreement between land owner and land holder. if even one of the equipments fall from such, it will be a big casualty. Kindly help in this regard. We earn for whole day to get a sound sleep in the night. Also continuous operation of DG set causes pain in the mind.

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Kedar Bose Lane, Bhowanipur,Kolkata-700025, West Bengal , INDIA, against the installation and functioning of multiple mobile phone towers installed on the said adress and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. Pranab Bhattacharya and Mr Prabir Bhattacharys, residents of 11B, Kedar Bose Lane, Bhowanipur,Kolkata-700025, West Bengal , INDIA.
has licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Bhowanipur, Kolkata.

When residents of Bhowanipur, Kolkata came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to Mr Bhattacharya for termination of Leave and License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him report of Anandabazar patrika, Deccan Chronicle & various reports.

In spite of this, the said owners, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of Zaministanpur, Musheerabad that ”do whatever you want, I will never terminate the said license.

As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

I Raman Sharma ShopKeeper at VARDHMAN CENTRAL MARKET SECTOR-3 DWARKA wants to reveal that On the 3rd floor(roof) of this Market There are two Illegal mobile Tower are situated without the permission of the shopkeepers who are doing their business at very high risk because of these two mobile tower
so i am requesting you to remove these mobile towers

Now a days there is abulk of requirements being published in the newspapers asking for the plot or roof for the purpose of setting towers and in return providing lots of benefits. I have been traped by the same sort of advt. It was pubished in Amar Ujala dated 25 December 2009 in the Moradabad edition ststing the requirement for the roof for setting up the tower in return they were supposed to pay an advance of 8Lac+ Rs. 25000 monhly rent and a job for a family member with a package of Rs.10000 pm. I have called them and asked them the procedure. they have asked me to submit the registration fee of Rs. 5000(refundable if the deal does not survived) I have done that and then again called them after the submittion of money. they have taken my address and asked me to call after 3 days.i have called them again they told me that the survey will be held online.then I received a call from them, they have asked my location and i have cleared everything to them.they said that ur site is perfect. now u are supposed to submit Rs. 14000 against the Service tax ie 12.24%. I told them that this is not being told to me previuously and the fact is that the service tax is 10.36% now.I cud not pay any more. they said they will return my Rs.5000 after 10-12 days and taken my bank account number.and now when I am calling them again and again they are not picking up my phone. I am having nothing with me but the bank receipt which I have got while submitting Rs.5000 and their cellphone number.

I am Staying in Veer Savarkar Nagar Thane in an Apartment where some society members forcefully want to install Mobile Tower on building Terrace.
The decession is not take by all apartment members but just by building Secetary and 1 or 2 members with him.

Please help us in this case as the radiations of the Tower are harmfull for health

I have purchased one flat of “TRIVENI APPARTMENT”, near Bharti Bidya Bhavan School, Azad Hind Nagar, Haldia Township, East Medinipur, West Bengal. The builder/promoter of the flat is M/S MAA BHAGABATI ENTERPRISES, Haldia Township. The builder/promoter have installed TATA INDICOM Mobile Tower on my roof without informing me and other flat owners. As you know the radiation from the Mobile Tower is very harmful to human health. Even our repeated complain the builder/promoter is not responding properly.

So you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful in this regard.
