Mobile ordered for MS#%06 not delivered till date...

I have paid 2999 rs and the payment transaction was successful have paid rs.2999/- for note 7 pro on mobylstore on 12/05/2020

I had given rs 2999 on the basis of ad in facebook by mobylstore on 23.05.2020. Using debit card but neither as per their order no. Ms5606 the mobyl came to me nor the money refunded. I had given rs 2999 on the basis of ad in facebook by mobylstore was last modified:...

I have booked a wireless speaker and earphone set 1 worth of rs.999/- by making the payment online on 16/05/2020 and till now i have not received it.
The booking number is ms3315.

I would like to know the fate of the ordered product and i will file a complaint in consumer court and cybercrime, if i will not receive the answer or product or refund within next 3 days....
