about gas cylinder home less in weight and stolen gas from cylinder

Sir my consumer no is 2636 and i am an advocate, i am continuously your cylinder deliver person said what cylinder i got is lesser in weight and gas too but he didn't understand it. So in an ckmplaning you about it do about it send yiur delivery boy with measure scale and proper filled gas home cylinder otherwise i will take some legal action against you.

My name is ompal. I have been residing in house no.20/a, hai no. 4, rk puram, karnal haryana pin 132001. We are booking gas cylinder through mohan gas agency. Phone no.[protected], 2265337 (Indane). We are not getting gas cylinder even though after emptying our cylinder for long. Last time also we had similar problem when we call several times, they delivers the cylinder after 15 days. I have a humble request to your good self to kindly verify the matter and take appropriate action so that we may not face such difficulties to obtain gas cylinder in future.

Delay in deliverying Gas Cylinders & accepting booking
My name is Nirmal Gupta, 34, I have been residing in model town ,karnal,haryana Pin 132001 since last 18yrs. We are booking gas cylinders through MOHAN GAS AGENCY, Phone No.[protected]INDANE),we are not getting gas cylinders even though after emptying our cylinders forlong. Last time also we had similar problem when we call several times, they delivered the cylinder after 11 days. When we call the agency they do not have the manner to speak to citizens like me.They are always saying that they have short of cylinders we doubt that they are re rolling cylinders or selling cylinders in black market.
Last 21st January 2011 we have booked one gas cylinder through the Telephone Booking Service Number provided by the agency[protected] we have also received a confirmation that our cylinder was booked when we call them again on 26.1.2011 they informed us that cylinder are shortfall it will take certain days to obtain the gas cylinder from today i.e 26.1.2011. Every time we book a cylinder they say like this.
I have a humble request to your good self to kindly verify the matter and take appropriate action so that we may not face such difficulties to obtain gas cylinders in future.

I am a customer of LPG gas connection no m 11379 of mohan gas agency kanpur nagar up, i have booked refilling with ref no 402215 on 16.08.2016. after completion of 10 to 15 days as received message on my mobile that" your refill booking reference no cotted above stands cancelled". sir this is twice i am facing lot of problems due to not delivery of gas cylinder well in time. i tried to contact with Mohan gas agency through telephone no. [protected] which is given on line but i could not get any response fro m the said agency only i can hear the voice only from computer that telephone is out of order .Sir in this regard i would like to request that kindly convey the strong instruction about non delivery of gas cylinder well in time .Sir at this time i am out of city so at this juncture what shoud i do to contest concern, and my wife and two children are suffering at home you can relies that without gas there is no other mode of cooking food .thank.
