Why will a person take a loan? Only when he is under financial distress. What you guys do deduct emi twice.

Sir i have applied a loan of 25000/- and 05 Jan 2020 is due date and EMI was not deducted . and i have pay to 06/01/2020 by myself. And bank also deducted again it. i have tried many time to contact your customer executive number and By Mail id. But your IVR system not transferred my call to your executive. and i have not received any respond of my mail. So sir please solve my query as soon as possible.
