All the pen Cap Automarically getting Crack (Worst look In Pocket)

Hi Montex Team,
We brought it your brand pen box recently, Sample Batch Number
(Bar code[protected].
The all pen Cap's are getting automatic crack within 2days, if we putting the pen our Shirt pocket its just look like a 1 year old pen. this was not good for your business development. please look into the quality of pen cover's. other then your pen will not place the customer pocket its just place trouser pocket.
Pen Tip and ink quality ok.

Worst pen ever
I had bought 5 box of montex pen for 1 year of preperation of my study but all the pen were faulty. There were only 3 to 4 pen which i used completely l, rest were faulty, the ink was present in the pen but still the pen were not writing. Worst quality of pens I have ever bought or used...
Very very unsatisfied. I have stopped using these pen and also motivating my friends to not to use montex pen from now onwards...

Quality of velvet-o pen is bad

I brought 5pens velvet-o pen (montex) from Bhanugudi centre in kakinada.Its worthless to buy your pens.The ink changes colour from dark to dim and finally it does not work in the meanwhile i had completed only one fourth of the pen remaining 3/4th is useless.Dont fool customers .I dont ever want to buy montex pen if trust is lost for once it is lost forever try to change the quality of pen.

Montex clipknock pen defect

Iam a valuable customer of montex pens for the past 2 years.But now a days I had lost my trust in your company. It's because, I had a bad experience with your pen, montex clipknock which became dim and finally unable to write with half ink left in the refill. It's happening for second time.Now am planning to change over to any other pens, which will not shut down half a way. For the first time I had lost faith in montex. I bought it from a book store at Thrissur, from where I usually purchase all my pen. I don't think he will fake. That's why lam sending this complaint. Hoping your favourable reply regarding my issue.

I bought 5 pen (montex smooth flow) for preparation and every pen stop flowing of ink after writing 2 to 3 page.
So I am going to change my pen now...

I would like to present the following few lines for your kind consideration and necessary legitimate action.
I am a trustworthy customer of Montex Pen Company. I lovingly and securely purchased a click Montex Merlyn Metal Jotter Ball Point Pen( Pkd.date 08/2007) on[protected] at a cost of Rs-35-00 at Laxminarasimha General Stores, Kurnool Road, Wanaparthy,Mahabubnagar Dist. Andhra Pradesh (Rupees thirty five only) . But the problem is that the pen has lost its mechanical click operation function causing trouble during writing. I cannot write conveniently and expediently with the pen. This is the absolute breach of the confidence of the customer. So I requesed them to replace that pen with new one so as to confer justice to me. In this connection I firmly and swiftly asked them to deliver necessary instructions to the shop keeper to take steps to substitute the faulty (imperfect) pen with new one or send the pen to the above given address through courier. There should be a concerted and determined effort to deliver justice to the faithful customer. I once again gravely ask you to take correct and suitable decision to deliver the article to me at an early date without undue and excessive delay.
The companies across the globe recognize that in this era of cut-throat competition, their success depends exclusively on how well they serve the needs of their customer. It is a well acknowledged fact that delighted customers often turns into promoters and bring in new customers. Consistently providing best customer experiences is therefore always an excellent means to expand your strong and well-built customer base. While a happy customer is likely to bring in new customer, an unhappy one may turn into a detractor and deflect to competing and contending brands. Therefore I request you to provide an amicable solution to my problem.
