I wonder what's wrong with http://shop.moserbaer.com website. I have written to their customer care several times but it's of no use.

Their e-commerce website has been showing all, practically all products as out of stock since last 3 months. Anything i try to add to the cart it says out of stock.

I don't know if this is a technical issue or they are really running out of stock. Also a shop running out of stock for 3 months practically means it's going out of business.

I ordered 4 t5 tube lite online on 11/08/2016 and the amount has been paid through internet banking in advance. The company has send me only 2 t5 tube lites. I tried to contact customer care on the mobile nos but no [protected] is not receiving my calls and other numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] are either switched off or wrong. My emails have been returned undelivered.

• Moserbaer provides only 2 years warranty over pendrive. I am using it from last 2.5 years . now it is giving me error. now i have lost my important data also . please never buy moserbaer pen drive. always go with kingston they provide life time warranty

I bought Moserbaer LCD. Model No: MBIW91G (18.5" wide LCD Monitor) on 03 Mar 2011 from cost to cost at Nehru place (copy of invoice attached). It is under 3 yrs warranty. On 09 Nov 2012 it developed problem(showing White Screen) I registered my complaint at Customer care via complaint No. [protected].on 10 Nov. Thereafter its about one month have passed, but neither the TFT has been rectified nor replaced Instead I have been virtually made to run from pillar to post.AND there seems no body really interested in helping out my greviance. I purchased this LCD for my Personal PC but rather the entertainment it is giving me mental harassment ,i have called the customer service several times since the 10 Nov 2012 ,i am always told that there is a problem in the lcd display and the parts are not available,then when i ask for the senior or the person in charge the customer service excecutive gives me a mobile no of Abhay Tiwari [protected].North area manager He is adept at promising and forgetting thereafter He even went as far as admitting that the concerned panel will come from China!. It seems that the company is not even keeping the spare parts.After much pleading my LCD monitor was picked up on 29 Nov 2012 with a promise that it will be rectified or replaced within four days but again they have not kept up their words.Instead i have been again asked to submit the photocopy of original invoice which i had already submitted while registering my complaint!
If this is the response from the company for a customer who is less than 10 Km from the company's Head Office ,one can imagine the plight of others not so lucky.
So I request you to please take up this matter.

didn't show any display, the screen went totally black.

They replied that a serviceman would visit in 48 hrs. But no one
contact me still now since 1st June 2012 . Please take care of that

I have bought a pendrive of 8GB. Within three month it has stopped working. The pendrive was handed over for repairing. After keeping it for two months they handed over again another defective piece. imeediately it was again handed over for repairing. after a gap of one month another defective piece was delivered. It was again brought to the notice. Now they informed that this last piece was rejected by COMMENT AS "centralised VMI REJECTED" contact online while contacting their customer care on phone they also showed his helpness in the matter. very poor service and not to be dealt with as they have no commitment even for their warranty and deliberately create the reason for rejection for complaint.

I purchased a new moserbaer pen drive 4 GB ,after using it for one month pen drive crashed,As the product was under warranty I went to service centre ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LIMITED BHOPAL on dated 19/07/2010.They assured me that my product will be replaced in a month or two.
Till now after many phone calls and personal visits the replacement is not yet available.
On further inquiry the company has not given me any satisfactory reply but the same answer to wait for their call.
I have the replacement receipt of the above company and even after a purchase I am unable to have my own Pen drive.
Kindly intervene into the matter and relieve the distressed.

Description: My Moser Baer Portable DVD Player (Model No :MBI PDVD 716W) has malfunctioned Twice within the warranty period.

Problem : It's screen starts flickering at random intervals, and at times goes completely white and nothing is visible on the screen. At certain times even Moser Baer display also goes completely white. This problem is intermittent and occurs at frequent intervals. Sometimes DVD player runs fine...

i have purchased a 4Gb pen drive of moserbaer co. & within the warranty period ,it has gone faulty.on approaching their service centre for replacement of faulty device,the attendant refused to replace the same with the excuse that seal of the device is not proper whereas that fact is that the seal is broken by the attendant himself & afterwards he was not redy to tell his name .So such type of incidences are causing harassment as well as financial loss to the general public

first time i bought lot of moserbaer cd's i saw an ad. stating that if i enter the code given in cd packs i will after a period of time will some products or points for redeeming. after first time everytime i log in to harbytepejeeto.com it says site shut down. can any one tell me whats the problem.

I had purchased a 4GB mosebaer pen drive few months before. I bought it from Akola City in Maharashtra i. e west region.but now when I insert it to the pc it show that there is not disk drive.Other pendrives work properly on my PC.

Plz tell me how i can get it replaced from the company.please make some urgent action.

I have purchase a media player of Moserbaer 14 months back which is facing some problems now. I went to the service center and was told that it is a "use and throw" now as it cannot be repaired and it is also not covered in the warranty period of 1 year from date of purchase. I would just like to ask whether any expensive product of a renowned company is only meant for the warranty period and after that it becomes a use and throw for the customers.

In my 4GB MoserBaer pendrive I am facing the problem that pen drive is detected but when click on the open it shows message please insert a disk into drive. Company should do root cause analysis & should give FOC replacement. Let us know where to send defective product & how we can get fresh as a replacement.
