My consignment number is D63364905 it’s been 3 days it showing invalid consignment number and I am not getting proper response from customer service please resolve it.

I lost my buspass I'd near secunderabad station.. 1day back.Two days back only I renewed my pass.. Other day I lost I'd card.. Searched a lot but no use.
But I have my receipt that is valid for Jan 2020

Please suggest how can I get back my I'd with the help of receipt..

I have ordered from coolwinks through phonepe for 2234 which i got 1500 cash back and Order has cancelled and money got deducted and i have checked with coolwinks they have initiated the amount but phonepe people have adjusted the refunded amount with cashback amount 1500 which i cant use for all.its really a very bad experience with phonepe.i reallly suggest people not to use phonepe app.

A parcel with 2 items cost of 2000 is booked from hyderabad to chennai. First consignment number is A991B2101746 it has return to origin(Hyderabad) due to bad weather . Resend with Second consignment number is A991B2101981 to Chennai But delivered only one saree, another saree is missed. Please find the saree its very important.
