Mountain Club Resort Complaints & Reviews

I have taken membership of mountain club resort in december 2018 by their employees mr. Amir and mr. Mahendra and paid them rs. 50000.00. Till date these fraud people's are not responding and telling me that they left the job. They are giving numbers of mr. Hemant and ms. Shanti but they are also playing passing the parcel. This is a very bad experience we had of mountain club resort, while time and again the manager arun kumar mishra is telling that you will get full refund and you will get a mail from the [protected]@mountainclubresort.com but no mail to this effect is forthcoming. It seems that the company is taking this lightly. I have whatsapp of arun mishra saying full refund will be given. Kindly see the trail mail in which they are giving only one room when...
