They are not making payment as they are promising on their site. Also, the customer care is not responding over months.
It is just another fraud site and should be avoided.

I have ordered the cake from "Ferns n Petals" for Birthday occasion .

Invoice No: 2021-22/0534256

The cake was delivered completely damaged .

I have contacted the customer care and they are ignoring the request for reimbursement for damaged cake delivery .

Mouthshut is really a pathetic company where they blackmail business and take the payments! Our business has suffered a lot because of their rude management team. Also, they don't even care about others all they want is the payment! I was also shocked while I read the review of this company on other platforms! People pl stay away from this fraud company.

Tip for consumers: If your business review is already there on this site, then make sure it is been removed. because later one they will call you and ask for money to remove negative reviews.

They ask us to pay 4 Lakh for removing the negative review about our company which is done by them only.

Stay away from this fraud company.

Www.Mouthshut.com is a site and app on which one has to review a product, service etc. And against which mouthshut provides ms points which can be converted in to cash. I have 722 ms points and i am requesting them to convert them in cash since last 1 year but i am not getting any response from their team. These people are fake and are fooling people. I request all of you through the medium of this web portal to not to trust mouthshut. They are fake. Be alert. I have been fooled by them and they are good for nothing. They are not going to help you anymore through their www.mouthshut.com. they and pakistanis are same. Beware of them.

i join mouthshut few months before when i read post then i write reviews and share collect 510 ms point also submited bank details after 16 days i waiting for my payment i had very happy when i join but now i see your truth it is not good for mouthshut reputation i hope you take action. please do something fast i waiting for payment

I have been continuously asking for my hard earned money for working in your app. I have reached the required threshold of 500ms points and my bank account details are also been submitted. You have promised to give me my payment within the 20th day of next month but already 2 more months have passed and i did not even get my money till now! No any change in all reply. Same reply they are sending me all the times.
Now i am waiting for their next month and i don't know when their next month will be start.
I have spent lot of time on their site to earn money and now they freeze my money and not sending my money in my bank account.
So i request you to please contact them and do something for me as i cannot do anything for withdraw my money and i don't think they will send my money without any action from you.
Also i request you to please do something so that they cannot make people foolish by this way.

Despite having submitted repeated requests to [protected]@ mouthshut.com since 15/12/17, no action has resulted so far in order to give my entitlement till the end of jan, 18. One of my entitlement was received as on dtd.13/10/17 (More than three months from now) which resulted in a ray of hope that the staff concerned is logical. I have also received commitments from the head of mouthshut.com (Including as on 21/12/17) followed by no result in this respect. This really results in discouragement to the participant.

A letter of request was submitted from me followed by clarification from your side. I may however submit that my total ms points till date are 2560 and the balance of ms points are 1620. It is once again requested to transfer the payment of ms points into my savings in the same bank account in order to avoid excessive delay in this regard.

I have been forwarding reviews by spending my valuable time with a hope to earn points so as to result into rewards. I may however submit that till date the points earned by me are 2120 and balance is 1140 considering the cash transferred dtd.13/10/17 was 940 during that point of time as per points earned by me.
I wanted to clarify my doubts w. R. T above. When is the payment of ms points earned credited into the savings of a participant? Secondly, is there any minimum criteria of ms points to be earned by a participant?
The above doubts may not please be taken in wrong spirit as it is for the sake of information only.

I was using www.mouthshut.com for posting reviews about products and services. They provide 40 ms point for a negative review and 20 ms point for a positive review. 1 ms point = 1 rupee. I had collected 722 ms points. If one collects 500 ms points then he/she is eligible for transferring them to bank account in terms of rupees. When i requested to transfer my 722 ms points they did not respond and gave a fake reason that they are loaded with the work. I have been trying to transfer my ms points for last 3 months but i could not do. Nobody is responding. These people are enforcing people to post negative reviews about others by indulging the public by providing more ms points for a negative review. These people are fooling civilians and they should be exposed.

Hi i'm anonymous and i have worked in mouthshut.com for last 3 months. I have earned nearly 900 ms points that is equal to 900 rs and i have submitted my bank account and kyc document but still my money transfer into my bank account. I think it is scam website. I requested to register this complaint and take the against that scam website. It takes kyc document and bank account number it may lead to hacking. So i requested to closed that scam website.

I was in bad need of money that's why i opened my account on mouthshut.com. As i did a lot of work, i reviewed about 45 genuine products and i got total 820 ms points. I devoted a lot of time working to write a review of products on this website. I was also happy because i had hope that the company will give me money for my work, but now i am totally disappointed because now the company deactivated my account without giving me any warning or problem. My time was totally wasted and also it caused me trouble, because i was in bad need of money and till now i couldn't do anything because i totally devoted my time for this website and they disappointed me. Please help me. Give me justice.

I worked on this mouthshut since 28 october 2017. My total points collected till date 20/11/2017 was 2200 when i redeemed it for cash out on 25/11/2017 till now present date no money was transfer in my bank account. I have done wasted my valuable time in writing and sharing 90 genuine reviews. If i will not receive my money in bank account within next day i am going to mark as a scram/fraud and publish in my youtube channel where more than 1k subscribers and followers are there.

Moutshut.com is a con as the online company asks for money in lieu of positive feedbacks. Kindly be aware of the site and do not share any genuine feedback as the company will post it as a false. MouthShut.com is a fake online review site and only uploads positive reviews in return of monetary gains. I am saying this because I had experience all this, when I saw that the site is only uploading fake comments. When I contacted the company they said that you have to give us some amount of money, then only we will allow your genuine comments whether positive or negative to upload on our site. Please be aware of the Mouthshut....

I registered myself on the site and even did what I was asked for so as to earn the Ms points and even informed the officials by messaging and even sending them emails . They used my skills and review and earning themselves and by using my vocabularies and experiences . I even shared their post on facebook and they never awarded me those Ms points which could have been converted into cash . This site is just fake as per my experience they are just using people with fake promises . This should be closed .

Currently Mouthshut.com is holding a Write Share Win Contest, in which it ask users to write reviews about any products share it and for every review a user shares they get MS points.(40 for positive review and 50 for negative review).


I participated in this contest and wrote about 80 review and got around 3000 MS points thats 3000 INR. I requested to transfer this amount in FEB 2016 but I have not received a single penny from them until now.

I kept writing to the support of of theirs and they always replying saying 'It Will be transferred in next cycle) but that cycle doesn't comes.

After 4 months when I felt that they are just giving a generic reply and they wont give any money. I started writing review against them.They delete all the reviews that i wrote against them and also blocked my ID.

I created second account and did the same thing and posted negative reviews against them letting other users know that they are fraud and wont transfer any money. they again deleted all the reviews and blocked me again.

Please look into this

Mouthshut is a company on any item or money to make the movie review.
It gives us a review of the 40-point and one point is equal to 1 Rs. If the whole point is to get the 500 and Rs 500 Change in deposits in our bank while. I request to her feet when the whole point of my 500 in my bank account to deposit Rs 500. he asked me the bank details and i sumbitt all documents. It was one week said his side did not respond to any form of consumer complaint will I still did not respond.

I have came through an online web search about this website Mouthshut.com. When i joined this website there a contest was running write, share and win which pays money by writing reviews. First I thought that all are fake because no one will give money by writing reviews.

However, i have register myself at this site and start writing a review on Mouthshut.com, my first review was published and i had earned some money.

Like wise i have started writing reviews some my reviews were rejected and some were published and i have earned money in this site for my approved reviews.

Actually in terms and condition it was mentioned that the payment will be credited on every 1st and 15th of every month.

I have started working on 1st of September and once i reached 15th September i was waiting for my hard earned money.

I have got a email where i have sent my bank account and other details. on 19th September i have sent a mail regarding my payment issue i have been asked to continue writing reviews as the payment is getting delayed by another 3 days.

I have kept writing reviews for another 15 days but i have not received any money neither on 15th nor on 30th of September month.

I have won around Rs. 15, 500/-

I have stopped writing reviews and sent mails to Support mail but i have not received any mails from their side.

Now, i think that what i first thought that Mouthshut.com is a fake site was true. Because as of today more than four months have elapsed but neither i have received my hard earned money nor i have received any mail regarding my payment issues. (Daily i am sending emails to release my payment, but no reply from their end).

I have also contacted to Mr. Faisal Farooqui, CEO of Mouthshut.com on his twitter account but no reply till date and he blocked me from his twitter account.

I have written a blog on their website which is deleted by them.

Because the earning was a hardearned money and thousands of writers like me are facing same problems.

I have decided to raise this issue in every platform so that every one knows that they are running online fraud business and not paying any money for the winners of the contest.

So, friends those who have not got their payments by writing review on Mouthshut.com or those who have tired by not getting any reply from mouthshut.com can please reply here so that we can take collectevely take necessary step to recover it from a fake site called Mouthshut.com.
