We Purchased a home under hosuing board colony Shanti Vihar Padra Rewa Mp by Chanchala Singh W/O Ramesh Singh Khutehi Rewa House No Senior LIG 75. We paid fully amount 24 Lakh 60 hajar as per mention Registry paper.
but Chanchala singh w/o Ramesh singh such a frauid letter summit Rewa housing board. Sir we suffering from many problem, we not able pay monthly EMI so we want sale the property but NOC still not provide by...

I have bought a house in gwalior through mp housing board in kadambari nagar for 23.15 l approx, for which i took 21 l loan and remaining amount 3l approx i made payment through bank. Now i got a letter from mp housing board after almost 2 years asking for more money around 10l.
I want to know why they are asking for money now as they should have mentioned it before the loan, i don't have money available, and their reason is also not...

I purchase a plot from MP Housing board, Gwalior recently.
MP housing board is charging service tax (15% of plot cost) and maintenance charges (10% of plot cost). I think they are charging illegally.
please take a necessary action and suggest me it is illegal or not.
