However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Hi,
I am lawyer at Mumbai Court and also social activists, booked One BHK in MP Residency,
However at First Sight it looked beautiful and well constructed, but to avoid further issues, I am just collecting all the issue to take it in front of builder if not resolved will think further.
I believe this portal has nothing to do with our issues, rather we need to group together to see if we can meet up by mail/personally...
