Very waste product and bad service
Not working properly

I purchased a Mr. light washing machine from Lulu Electronics, Edapally, Ernakulam.
Within 2 years, the product got complaint 6-7 times, its under warranty period.
After calling customer service, they are behaving very rudely. After continuously calling for one week, they will come and resolve the issues. Again it is getting compliant with in 1-2 days.
Past one month it worked only 5 days and 3 times it got complaint.
After continuously calling they are coming only after 1 week for resolving.

I purchased the above product from Mascot Duty free shop at CIAL, Nedumbassery on 24/05/2013. The product came with a LIFE TIME WARRANTY CARD. As my torch was not being charged, took the same to Mr. Light authorized service center at Erattupetta. Job sheet no.135741 dated 11/02/2017.
The service center refused to entertain free service mentioning it has got ONLY ONE YEAR WARRANTY, whereas the warranty card mentions ENTIRE LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON " RECHARGING MODULE LOCATED WITHIN THE FLASH LIGHT".

Talked to Mr Gireesh, (GIREESH MULLAPPILLY SERVICE HEAD MR.CARE USTOMER SERVICE PATTAMBI, PALAKKAD(DIST) KERALA, INDIA MOB:[protected] whatsapp:[protected] OFFICE:[protected], [protected])
service head, is claiming the recharging module is only the plug pins and NOT the entire charging module, which is to misguide me.

I therefore request you to kindly advice me further action taken for getting the product repaired as per the warranty card.
