I gave iphone 5 for repair. The phone was working perfectly except Charging was not happening.
Registered the repair @ Mr Service, Vadapalani Branch on 29 May Evening. However after 3 days on 1st of June when visited the center for pickup, the iphone was given back stating for motherboard a replacement.
It is very clear that the phone was working and there is clear state of Injustice for a consumer. I would like to register this case...

Worst Smart Phone Service Provider

Mr Service in Chennai advertises themselves as a specialist in iPhone and smart phone service but the fact is they are the worst service provider.
I have given my iphone 4S for display replacement but they have completely spoiled my phone in spite of having taken it for 6 TIMES REWORK.
Still the problem is not fixed. The General Manager of Mr Service is (at Head office) very much struggling with the unfit technical team.
