I recently ordered my resistance band worth ₹1499/_ from www.mrfit.in..but they delivered me wrong product but sending me some another product...now they aren't answering my calls and emails their customer service is worst... please help me out in getting refund...

Hai . I have ordered treadmill 2months back from Mrfit website. My order accepted and I paid too. After 2 days I got a mail from them that my product was out of stock and asked my details to repay my amout which I have paid them.. Till they didn't return my money. If I called there customer care too there is no responce.. Mrfit really cheating company . DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM . ....

I bought Resistance band from MrFit online store on 10/6 /2021 for Rs1499, by the time I received the product, the quality was very cheap and not the same as displayed on their website. Plus, they advertised as 11 pcs included in the package, but I received 10 pcs. I request refund, but they insist and they stopped replying through mail. And, they cannot pickup calls, sometimes switchoff. Any way I could bring them to justice? I need to know...

I have purchased slimming belt from mr.fit website.the size which they given not accurate nd doesn't fit at all..want to return the product..They are not picking up the calls and not replying the mails..Want refund of the product as soon as possible.....

In the name of sauna belt they shipped a normal workout skin belt, paid 1499 for delivery. I tried contacting them over phone which they never answers, emails doesn't have much response at all, they wanted me to ship back what i have without sending a replacement, this is pure cheating, the site should be banned, very sloppy response and don't care attitude towards customers, greviences are not getting addressed...

They are a big cheaters if place order without doing payment then they give immediately call that your order is not complete. Now i will explain what exactly happened i have placed order on 28june. Payment done through net banking nd received a mail also order with i'd 11166. When i track my order it is showing different address & they parcel is out for delivery. I contacted the ecom parcel customer care they are saying tracking id is correct...

U cheating mrfit..u fooled customers..my order id is[protected]. But u sent cheap Chinese product.
Before i receive this product i contact to the customer care and told to sent me a correct product... because this is my first purchase from ur site. And he told no problem we know what we send and you ordered...but now i am received fake cheap Chinese watch ...its not look like mrfit.in website product..mrfit tracker pro
