In NH 45 at Athur Plaza lying in Tambaram - Tindivanam section in TN when I was passing the plaza, though I had a balance of Rs 100 in my wallet, I was forced to pay double the toll charge Rs 120 (69+60) under Ticket no.01974 by operator no, LN008/100104 for my car no.TN 17363.I showed him the order of NHAI saying it removed requirements of maintaining minimum amount in Fastag wallet, they high- handedly under threat by thugs using their lung power and abusive language, made me part away Rs 120 double the usual charge of Rs 60. I bring a helpless old man if 80 years, I was under untold mental pain. Please make good the unjust levy of double charge collected from me and render justice.

I was passing through Hattaragi plaza on 11/01/2021 at 7:30 a.m. My vehicle number is KA22Z6611. The scanning device did not recognize my vehicle's fastag code. The staff members were not cooperative. They didn't get spare device to scan and they were forcing me to pay the amount even though I had sufficient balance in my Fastag account.
