I am purchasing a MSI OPTIX G241 monitor only 10 months ago and I am suffering for a display issue in the monitor I am tried to claim my warranty because it is in under warranty but MSI company always ingore my Mails and also service center said they can't give service without a approval mail ..So I want to Complain against MSI India company they have a worst service and after buying products they didn't provide services in the time o[censored]nder warranty .

See a big white mark in my monitor .They don't repair or replacement this monitor but I have a proof purchase and it is also under warranty .

    Sir mere motherboard me Display problem ho rahi he. mene 7 February 2021 ko apna motherboard service senter pahuchaya tha jo ki mujhe wapas 7 march 2021 ko mila or problem wahi ke wahi he .. only 1 day motherboard work kiya uske bad wapas same display isu start ho gaya .. mera 1 month work pahale hi pending ho chuka he. plz mujhe New motherboard chahiye jub tak ki mera motherboard proper thik ho ke nahi aa jata ..

      Dear sir,
      My name is TEJA REKULARA . I live in Tenali a town in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. On[protected]
      i ordered MSI B550 gaming carbon WiFi motherboard from a dealer called IPLANET SOLUTIONS of Indore . After the arrival of that product i got VGA post errors, i updated every drivers up to date after that it worked fine for about 15 days after that a fine morning i bumped into same VGA post error again few hours later it got solved by itself later that day i updated BIOS and drivers again which is recommended by my OS (operating system) after that i stuck on series of other problems like my processor stuck at lower speeds (0.53Ghz which is 3.8Ghz previously) and the temperatures shown by computer are pretty high like 110-120°c, when i open BIOS it showed me some error message like 'cpu cooler is not properly inserted and check if you apply proper thermal paste', after that
      i did checked everything and even changed thermal paste every other thing is fine except my motherboard . My electricity is fine, I didn't even do other things like over clocking or other it's completely stock and i got no external apps except GTA5 (played in stock resolutions) and PRINCE Of Persia (this is a pretty old game like it's more than 10 years old ) and used FL studio (music editing app) . Later i got busy and put it a side, recently i contacted MSI service center kaizen which is located in MG road-Vijayawada. I informed them about my complaint, they asked me to bring motherboard after 5 days on[protected] i took it to them and they registered complaint, few hours later they told me that MSI rejected my product and they told me to contact main service center of MSI which is located in Delhi . I contacted them and asked me about this, they want me to send me details of mother board such as serial numbers and invoice of motherboard
      i did send them and i got rejected again, your product can't be repaired cause it's burned (i attached pic below ). That's the end of the story . It's a brand new board, it ain't even crossed 4 months i got invoice of the product which i attached below, my electricity is good and i didn't even do anything crazy to my pc . I didn't even knew it was burnt . How could they reject me if it's manufacturers fault ?. I want MSI to replace my motherboard . Please help me to get the product replaced as soon as possible.

        I am trying to contact msi customer care india number since yesterday.

        The phone connects and just after it says.. This call may be recorded for training and quality purpose' the line simply drops.

        I have made several unsuccessful attempts since yesterday.

        There's no problem with my phone. Their ivr is faulty.
        They won't realize it until the manager notices 0 calls received consistently for 2 - 3 days.
