I booked on[protected] in your good office (Rasipuram). The parcel was sent on[protected]. During received the parcel it was damaged. I asked to incharge of your particular office (sundarapuram), he reply irresponsibly. he asked call to booking office we are not responsible. Abruplty I called booked office ( Rasipuram) they are also replied to irresponsible answers. My valuable things are stolen and few things are damaged. who will take the responsible?? why your booking agent ask to me how to put a overweight? Has he rights to me?? If you're not willing then inform customer, they will be ready for manage alternate solutions.

We have Booked the Material from Bangalore Kalasipalyam Branch to Chinnaiyampalyam Coimbatore Against LR NO:123773 DT:[protected] TOTAL 1 BOX, But Still it is not Delivered to COIMBATORE.

WHY IS THIS DELAY??

We Request you to Kindly Deliver the Material on HI-PRIORITY BASIS Immediately Today itself.

Need Feedback Immediately.

but our customer as received only 2 boxes what about other 4 boxes.

We request you to kindly deliver other 4 boxes on hi-priority basis immediately.

Please do the needful.
