The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Two MST card for a distance of 115 kms.
Dear Sir,
I am posted at MAINPURI. Previously one MST card was issued from Agra for the whole journey.
Currently I have to purchase two MST card for the same journey. From AGRA to SHIKOHABAD and then SHIKOHABAD to MAINPURI, which also cost me extra amount and extra suffering for purchase of extra card from SHIKOHABAD.
Please arrange to remove this discrepancy at the earliest.
