I booked to send a parcel to canada on 24th October 2021, thereafter when I checked on tracking status it reached at Mumbai EMS ems speed post centre after that there is not a single update on that. It's been 10 days my parcel haven't reached to canada yet. (Air Services)...

My item is with mumbai ems speed post centre from 08th april-2019 and the event type says "custom hold" and extra information says "retained by border agency/secu" i do not understand why it is hold and even no information to me that is it with them.
