Hi,
I have a package which has my english language assessment documents in it.
Which is coming from the uk and reached to delhi airport on[protected], till then there is no update of the item. On the india post office website, it is showing that the item dispatched to mumbai foreign post office. I have called the mumbai post office multiple times no one answered by phone call.
It is a very important parcel for me. Please help me

Please note the tracking no of my consignment which was to be delivered to me at nesco it park, Goregaon East Mumbai 400063. The tracking id is RP[protected]CN.
The consignment was in Goregaon East beat dispatch on Tuesday, 10th December, 2019. Yesterday(11 December, 2019) the consignment went back to the foreign post office where it was on 9th December as well.
As per today's tracking on india post, the consignment was received in airport sorting office (attached screenshot). I myself inquired at the airport sorting office at around 6.30 pm today where they informed me that the consignment will be returned to foreign post office again by tomorrow. Request the department to hold the consignment as i wish to receive it and i don't want it to be returned to the sender

parcel stuck at mumbai foreign post office
I have ordered a product from aliexpress and now it is in my state but it is held in mumbai foreign post office for no reason and after tracking the package this message "retained by border agency/secu | retention reason : retained by customs for unspecified reason" is showing on india post website.
Please help me with this regard asap. I'm waiting for the parcel to released soon.

non delivery of package and no accountability

An international package (Uj[protected]us) was received by the foreign post office on june 28th 2018. The same package has to be delivered to my residence in gurgaon through post office but despite the lapse of 3 months, the same has not been received. The local post has verbally said that no package is pending at their end and the foreign post offic is saying that the same is not at their end either. Hence both departments are not providing the clarity nor taking any responsibility.

These are the details of my shipment from the USA. They have been detained at the Mumbai foreign post office for a month even though I have submitted all the required documents to the clearance commisioner Mr. Shetty. I have even personally gone to the post office thrice to be told that Mr.Shetty is on leave and i cant have my package. Is there only one person who can clear a package?
Thanks to that items which I have paid for and which I should have received are not getting to me because of the incompetence of the Mumbai Foreign Post office. Clearly they are trying to twist my arm into paying them a bribe to get an article which is mine legally and should be handed over to me right away. I would request any one incharge reading to please take strict action and not make the citizens of this country suffer for no reason.

This is not complaint actually. I have sent 2 parcels from UK through 'International signed for' to Nagpur. Actually they said it will reach within 3 days at Nagpur. But still they didnt receive it as it is already 7 days now.. Need update now as i paid for speed post.

Foreign Post — parcel not delivered
Respected Sir,This is to inform you that my friend Norhidayati Muhammed from Malaysia had sent a parcel in the month of August 2009. The parcel was send to my friend Nitin's place at Howrah-Reshra. For some reason the parcel was refused and sent back to foreign post. Now the sender Norhidayati wants to redirect the parcel to a new address i.e Ripon street.
The sender was asked to send fax for the redirection to take place. The sender had sent two faxes to foreign post for the redirection of the parcel but the concerned authority kept on misguiding the sender and the receiver and asked them to send more faxes and to post a letter as well from Malaysia for the redirection of the parcel. A fax was also send by the malay post official with the official stamp and duly signed by the officer. Yet the parcel was not delivered to the new address.
Foreign post still has the parcel and for some reason they are not redirecting it. I have visited foreign post several times regarding the parcel but everytime they come with a new excuse.

I Have purchased 1 HP phone from Ebay, which was shiped from USA throush USPS priority mail service.Sender has sent me receipt of shipment , tracking number etc. but Still I have not received by parcel. I use to enquire with postal department but no response.

Sorry Postal Department. Parcel was delayed but has delivered on 26/07/12. Actually i thought it will reach within 5 days, but it took 15 days to reach. Called Mumbai Foreign Post Office many times - +[protected], 22653621. They gave some information. But there was not update after 'Update item (Inb)' but it reached. Nothing missed in the package. I had bought an item online from a seller who shipped the item through Singapore Post (registered). It was shipped on 16/3/2012 and reached Mumbai foreign post office by 24/3/2012. At least have the audacity to update the post on the status of your parcel.The parcel reached you on 30th April.Its easy to bad mouth the postal department.

I am facing the same problem, The parcel is bagged from Mumbai Foreign Post office on 5th, When tried to track, Foreign post office says that its already shipped to local, when tried local they said that they haven't received any information.

@ Ayamas. You muppet, of course he will "bad mouth" the postal department . A month and a half for a parcel within Asia. Come on! We are in the very same position, still awaiting our parcel from the US. And I certainly would not return to this post if I receive the parcel after 2 months to say I have received the parcel. I would break a coconut and vow to never use the Indian Postal Non-Services..

I have placed an order with a company in USA. They posted the product efficiently and it reached Mumbai post office on the 25022012. Till not there is not a single update from them.
