I have ordered a product from aliexpress and now it is in my state but it is held in mumbai foreign post office for no reason and after tracking the package this message "retained by border agency/secu | retention reason : retained by customs for unspecified reason" is showing on india post website.

Please help me with this regard asap. I'm waiting for the parcel to released soon.

My package contains a microphone and stand.

From few days the tracking information is not updated.

Please provide prompt solution to this issue, the package only contains 🎤 microphone and nb32 is a stand nothing else....

An international package (Uj[protected]us) was received by the foreign post office on june 28th 2018. The same package has to be delivered to my residence in gurgaon through post office but despite the lapse of 3 months, the same has not been received. The local post has verbally said that no package is pending at their end and the foreign post offic is saying that the same is not at their end either. Hence both departments are not providing the clarity nor taking any responsibility.

These are the details of my shipment from the USA. They have been detained at the Mumbai foreign post office for a month even though I have submitted all the required documents to the clearance commisioner Mr. Shetty. I have even personally gone to the post office thrice to be told that Mr.Shetty is on leave and i cant have my package. Is there only one person who can clear a package?
Thanks to that items which I have paid for and which I should have received are not getting to me because of the incompetence of the Mumbai Foreign Post office. Clearly they are trying to twist my arm into paying them a bribe to get an article which is mine legally and should be handed over to me right away. I would request any one incharge reading to please take strict action and not make the citizens of this country suffer for no reason.

This is not complaint actually. I have sent 2 parcels from UK through 'International signed for' to Nagpur. Actually they said it will reach within 3 days at Nagpur. But still they didnt receive it as it is already 7 days now.. Need update now as i paid for speed post.

I had bought an item online from a seller who shipped the item through Singapore Post (registered). It was shipped on 16/3/2012 and reached Mumbai foreign post office by 24/3/2012. Since then there has been NO updates and I cannot get any answer from mumbai post officials even after repeated calls or emails. Here is the trace of the item:

Cannot understand how a registered parcel simply gets lost!!!

I have placed an order with a company in USA. They posted the product efficiently and it reached Mumbai post office on the 25022012. Till not there is not a single update from them.
