We are resident of Ludhiana, street No 1, Guru Nanak Dev Nagar, opposite sunder Nagar Chowk. We are facing issue since 2018. And requesting our councler for improving drainage system. I live in the Iyyappanthangal/Noombal area. I need to go to Guindy everyday from Noombal and i have to pass by 800m of Mett Road/Oil Mill Road. I cant create new GROUP ID or can not be member of new GROUP as my PAN number was already registered few years back with group ID GRP260#763BB30D.
