Sir, the house no 609 and 3a in nagar nigam colony both are in the name of my father but occupied by one member only.in the court case also the honourable court gave the decision that the property belongs to all the sons and daughters of latedyal chand and sheelawant our father and mother i being the eldest son of dayal chand and sheelawanti requests you not to register the name in your record without seeing the relevant documents of house no 609 and 3a court judgment and still the name on record is of late dyal chand and sheelawanti.
At present mr subash kumar has occupied house no609 and mr lallit kumarurf mintu has occupied house no3a forcibly and enjoying it alone. At present we are 3 are brothers and three sisters are inheritence of the demised property. Please note it for the sake of justice.

The efforts of removing encroachments seems symbolic only as other than buildings etc there is hardly any foot path left for walk of pedestrians e. G from majitha road ghala mala chowk upto bye pass and upto 4s school on both sides the shop keepers, khoka walas etc have done so much encroachments with material and sign boards that hardly any space is left.
Even from health point of view one furniture shop near sardar dairy near gurduwara (Near ghala mala chowk) have covered whole foot oath, side road area with almirah s etc and he is doing painting of the stuff which is dangerous for eatables and breathing. There are many like that.
Majority of shops have covered whole parking and footpaths.
Same way sh ram ashram school on mall road is using footpath as parking area. These are many examples i think commissioner is not informed about these. Rgds sanjay joshi, rose treet, majitha road. Amritsar

I am the resident of h. No.2315, new nehru colony, gali no.1, p. O. Khanna nagar, majitha road, amritsar wants to submit my complaint that a person was sent to clean the sewerages but he came and refused to clean the sewerage infront of our house.
Sir the behaviour of your employee was very rude. He clearly said no to clean the sewerage, which is his duty. Sir kindly take some action as soon as possible as we r the responsible citizen of india and punjab.

We all residents of pink avenue majitha road are facing hardship due to illegal construction by makhan restaurant. He has constructed two stories without norms and now constructing third story secretly. We are already facing problem entering the colony due to heavy parking in front of makhan restaurant. Ok do needful

I am resident of amritsar and regularly visiting rose garden, ranjit avenue, amritsar for morning walk. I wish to inform you that toilets of this garden which is a very popular garden are in real bad shape with absolutely no cleanliness and all accessories and taps broken and not working. No authority in the garden is ready to listen to these complaints made by almost every morning walker there

I m resident of mohan international hotel back side ward no 51 all area residents are very upset due to mixing of sewerage dirty water with drinking water. Sewerage are block we need new sewerage in our colony.. We complaint to mr pardeep sharma counselor of our area but no any necessary action taken.. People are getting sick due to drinking this water... Kindly help us to get rid of this big problem... Thank u...

I want to say that there is no lightning system in the street.We complained many times to counselor but no one listens and some people due to personal issue do not allow to install the lightning system.please take action against it as soon as possible.As it is difficult to go outside in evening after 8 p.m.

We complaint to mr sukhdev singh chahal counselor of our area but no any necessary action taken.. People are getting sick due to drinking this water... I harvinder kumar residence of above said address. The sewerage of this colony has been blocked from long time. As you know the season of diseases has been also begin. So please remove my complaint for better health. I know you have many compalints regarding this matter. But only the wearer knows where the shoes pinch. Uneasy lies on the head that wears the crowns. Come on this is your job but not forget i also here with you for helpful hands. Let consider me not to solve my colony problems but also the problems of other areas.

I am one of the owners of building no.10/2 (499/1) karmon deori, darjian wali gali amritsar. Out of 9 tenants, only 2 are paying property tax regularly. Others are not listening to me for the payment of tax. Kindly depute team to collect huge sum of tax from the tenants. Further the building is in a delapidated condition and third floor as well as passage given to adjoining building tenant from ist floor of the building required to be demolished immdtly by the corpn. An illegal construction opposite house number 113 kabir park amritsar is going on they have destroyed interlocking tiles and obstructing the passage and illegally constructed neither the house plan is approved rather the land acquisition is also illegal having lodged many complaints nobody bothered

I am a resident of Guru Amardas Avenue, Block A, Gali no. 7, Airport Road, Amritsar.
In our street, and most of the residents have installed the meter inside their houses and use a direct connection (kundi system) from backside of their houses. A surprise visit is needed to control this situation. I some of the suspected residences are :-
1.Sharma's( House no. 11 B)
2.Prem Singh Sandhu (house no. 4)
3.Chadha's (They have backside of their house in our gali)
4.Khanna (House no. 6)
and some others...
The surprise visit must be conducted by outside professionals because the local officers of electricity board are also included in this illegal practice. All the meter adjustments are done by a local labourer called 'Johnny'.One can avail free electricity by paying a mere amount of money!

I had buy one land situated for inderpuri kot khalsa amritsar, and sewarge done buy kot khalsa councilor mintoo, as per gov rules regulation, but problem is that my home neighbour mr raj kumar do the brek of sewrag pipe and all the sewrage water fell on my home land, i am very disappoint for this situation, please do work on my favour,

take the action as soon as possible.

I, alyas gill resident of gali no - 14, r. K. Factory wali gali, dashmesh nagar joura fatak, amritsar solemnly and affirmly declare that my street is flooded with sewerage water which has since flooded into my house. Kindly depute sewerage team to solve the problem to avoid any epidemic

We are residents of A-block Ranjit Avenue Amritsar arround park comprising residential no.108 to 114, 133-143, 151-164 ....The grills affixed to the park were removed since two months back by some so called contractor and the boundry line has been brocken. This has resulted in free entries of the animals and puting the general public/residents to inconvenience.The upkeep of the park is being maintained privately by the residents and all what has been maintained has been put to shambles.

It is irony that the boundry line has been demolished and no construction work has been started.The person who removed /demolished the boundry has never been visible.

Will some one responcible visit the toilets under the hall gate <gandhi gate.It is a dismil picture of the city and false tall claims of people about the development of the city.All the oeople whoes names are written
on the inaugeration board on the Bhandari bridge must see what is the state of the city sanitation.
i as a citizen am ashamed when i tell a visiting friend to use this toilet.

I am very much strange to tell you that A Centre Govt. has started the work of counting of human beings and the source of their income style of living and status of Indian citizen in the date of today. which is called MARDAMSHUMARI / JANGANANA. WHICH IS NOT COVERED THE AREA OF OUR RESIDENTIAL where we people are living more than 250 houses are in this area and not even single person visited our area. our area is Harkishan Nagar Kaley Road Chheharta Amritsar Ward No. 65 and our concullar is Mrs MAMTA DATTA who is also not aware about this happening. When i called up Municipal Corporation office for the enquiry the person Mr. YOGESH SHARMA S D O talk me very rood and disconnect the phone. Kindly tell me who will answer my questions and when will be the work will be complete here i would like to tell you June 15, 2010. is the last date of the working and no body have the answer. and if the Govt. will got the wrong data of citizens then how the normal person will survive. Today i logged complaint in Corporation office also which No. is 48 & date is 08-06-10. tell me who will be responsible. MAYOR of the city or Commissioner of Corporation or someone else
