Hello sir...i am a resident of H. No. 727A Sector 31 A chandigarh
I am parking my car under a tree and the people living on the ground floor (H. No 728 and 728A) daily cuts the tree... That tree is not harming anyone but still they used to cut... I want to file a complaint against them and take suitable action.
They even cut 3 more tress a few days ago which are present on the back side of their house...

Dear sir/madam,
I am a resident of house no. 2955, chb flats, sector 42 c, chandigarh.
I would like to bring to your attention that the huge tree beside my house building is so grown up that its roots causing damage to the building.
This tree is very near to the building, its growing roots build up many cracks in wall, also the flooring near the foundation of the building getting displaced.
It is my humble request to have this tree removed in entirety as this tree is a serious threat for the building and the families residing in the building.
Please treat this request as most urgent to avoid any damage to the building and precious life.
Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

Dear sir/madam, i want to inform you there is domestic hen's in house no 5457 maloya police station, maloya colony chandigarh-160026 here view looking like poultry farm and many hens moving and running here and there and some time fighting each other and sometime hurt the small kids and here environment looking like village. We already request to honour of house no 5457 maloya colony for hen's but they refuse our complaint all time. Sir i just want to inform to you during fighting it's dangerous for our kids and chances of flue and fever for residential...

Sir, I resident of 1738 0 give complaint about the stray /street dogs which are in 8 to 9 numbers.Theses dogs are doing vomits and stool in front of our door daily which is highly affecting our health and is totally unhygienic.we have small kids and older people senior citizens in our family.To clean this [censored] daily is hazardous to our health.keeping in view of our hygiene please theses dogs should be taken immediately from our sector.0p

People of kartar pura moholla named ramjan his wife seema block the sewerage pipe with cloth and plastic polythene. The drain water got stagnant and smells alot. Nabha commette member remove the blockage 5 times. But ramjan and seema again block the pipe with cement and plastic bags. They are interfering in goverment work. I request you to take some necessary action against them.

Sir, i made payment of property tax for the year 17-18 on 6th april 2017 and also on 26th feb 2018 inadvertently since the last ten transactions did not show any details of previous payment and also it did not mention that payment has been made.
Kindly reimburse the same.
Amount paid on 6th april rs 960/- and on 26th feb rs 1669/- including penalty.
Kindly reimburse on the same pnb account where it was made or the following account.
A letter to this effect was received with complete details on 9th april 2018 in your tax branch. My bank details also mentioned there. I have not paid the next year dues so far.

Sewarge blockage in house no.687 ph2 ramdarbar chandigarh

I resident of hno.688 ph2 ramdarbar chandigarh. I would to like inform you that our sewarge lines is blocked. Our main gutter is in house no 687 ph2 ramdarbar, chd. Sometimes my neighbors sevrage blocked with cement and they can't entered mcd workers. We are suffering from bad smell of gutters etc... I request you please rectify this compaint as soon as possible

My humble request to your department to visit my society which is in sector-29 B house number 1751 Chandigarh. My neighbours did not take responsibility on our complaints again . Whenever we request them not to send dogs urine and others things which is unhygienic in the main pipes of road then they argue with all the neighborhood of the society and fight and argue with us .Because mosquito arrive in that area and it will spread disease like malaria and others. Now we have no other option left rather than inform you. Our neighbours house number is 1752/1 sector-29 B chd . Please take action against them .The problem is rising day by day.

I am a resident of sec-19-b chandigarh.in front of my home there is a park and on boundaries there is a place for parking on 4 sides. A family park there both cars in the parking and think that parking is their property. When they have to go somewhere they park their activa in place of their car. When we asked not to keep their activa in place of their car they said do whatever you want we won’t clear the place for anybody else’s parking. They have some reference in police as they have shops in sadar bazar. They mistreat other people like they are on the top and nobody can do anything against them. I have attached some pictures of the same for reference. It’s a request if you could look into the matter.

I visit sector 32 d market everyday for work purposes. Everyday i witness men publicly urinating against the sector 32d governtment school wall which is near the sector 32 d market. It is so bad that the entire place smells like a public toilet. People use that free road to park their cars and it is unbearable to step out of the car because of the overwhelming smell of ammonia. There are huge pools o[censored]rine created on the footpath next to the wall. It is a huge nuisance and extremely unhygienic. It is required that immediate actions be taken starting with creating proper public toilets.

I am a resident of house number 315 sector 21 - a chandigarh. I’m writing this complaint on behalf of all the residents of this house, our neighbors in 316 have two dog who have not been showerd or cleaned sice a year or so. They tie the dogs in the front yard, the dogs open their bowels and pass urine there. We share a common boundary wall and they mosty tie their dogs on our side. Despite our numerous requests they are continuing to tie them there. It is so difficult to even stand outside in the front yard because of the smell. It’s so embarrassing when we have guests. Also, it’s very dangerous as there are flies around the area and they can infect our food easily. This can even be life threatening. I hope strict action will be taken before something grave happens.

Sir, there is serious rat infestation in front of h no 3100 and 3101 as tiles are not laid in front of these houses.in front of these houses is gurudwara sahib sector 19. The problem is magnified due to presence of gurudwara stores along

Sir this is to bring to your notice that cars are wrongly parked on the street number -9 shantinagar manimajra chandigarh, creating hurdles for other residents. So please look into the complaint and do the needful as per law against the owners of wrongly parked cars. I will be very thankful to you. Dear sir,
I want to inform you that road street lights are not working in area chonk 40-41, 54-55 to sector 55 palsoura.
I am a private service man and i have to regular up/down from chonk to palsoura in three shifts 4am, 12 and 8pm, in evening shift its going to easy but in night back after duty its dark at 11pm. Person's who are working like me is facing so many problems.
So i am requested you to rectify this problem as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, I would like to formally lodge complaint about companies pasting their ads on electricity poles and other govt properties just to do cheap publicity. I have called many times on nos mentioned on posters but they don't act. I would request you to please take strict actions on dealers and parent companies spoiling public properties. This has been serious matter despite the fact that Chandigarh wants to be smart city. You shall arrange visit in RWA's in various sectors. I am referring to electricity poles in HIG houses Sector- 39-B, Chandigarh. I believe parent companies should be made party to it as dealers pass on responsibility on companies and companies say dealer may have done it..but nobody acts.

This is to bring in your kind notice that no regular sweeping of roads are getting done in the surrounding this area due to which the heaps of garbage are scattered everywhere, however in the other locations of this area regular sweeping and removal of garbage is being done by the sweepers.

I dont know why this area is getting ignored. This block is adjoined to the boundary wall of Manimajra town and the people coming from there used to throw their garbage in the roads and into the garages.

I request you to kindly look into the matter.

I want to let u know that there is a stray bull in front of scetor 38c market near gate of park. Bull can be a threat to commuters nd bull is in ill condition. So, for both the reasons, i request you to move d bull to safe location or veterinary hospital if possible. Hopefully, you will take appropriate steps .

This is to inform you that, since past 2 weeks, garbage heap is lying in front of our house no.#1211, sector - 21 B Chd. We have repeatedly asked the 'safaiwala' to clear the heap, but no action has been taken. Foul smell is polluting the environment around our house and people of our locality have started dumping their garbage over the heap. Please look into this matter at your earliest.

At front of my house, somebody throw lot of garbage and leaf pieces. Considering it could be risk if fire incident also, requesting you to kindly visit with the team and ask them to clean it ASAP. I am resident of House No. 2525, Sector 25-D, Chandigarh. The man hole in front of my house No. 2525, Sector 25 D, Chandigarh is blocked & It`s water is our flowing . Please get it clean for smooth discharge of water ASAP. It`small for you but not for us .It is troubling more than 5 house, in which 20-25 people live as per Indian government swach bharat it has to be solve quick. If this problem not get solved quick so it may cause a serious problem of health and it even stinks in all house even in night we can`t sleep.

Unauthorised rehri/pharis are again developed in Chandigarh city. When I visited Sector 37 C near mandir ground, I saw number of rehris/pharis around that mandir everyday around 7 p.m which resulted in traffic chaos near mandir nd light point. I had read that the Chandigarh Administration has cleared these encrochments in Sector 37 c .They throw all there vegetables in that park . using the valuable government property without any fear of the administration.

I request you to take this matter as soon as possible

We, the residents of Sector 35 –C, Chandigarh would like to inform you that the mentioned residents of house numbers 2407, 2408 2409 and 2410 of sector 35 C Chandigarh have illegally covered the half of the public garden area with hedges for their personal use on the back of their houses with illegal back doors. Moreover, they are also throwing garbage in the remaining garden area after cleaning their illegally covered garden area.
Furthermore, mini trucks, tempos and rehris also keep on coming throughout the day in the garden area for loading and unloading of their business stuff like fridge/air conditioners etc. Last, but not the least, they have started parking their personal vehicles also in the garden area.
We are enclosing herewith few photographs for your ready reference as supporting evidence.
Many residents in the area disturbed and no one is able to use that garden which is being meant for public use and improve citizen's quality of life and health.
We are very much concerned in this regard and looking forward for suitable action with no further loss of time.

This is resulting low pressure of water in my flat and creating water problem from my family. This is also resulting in dirty water supply in my flat...

Nothing will happen to encroachments, as it a organised legal maafia type story being run from the offices of corporation. If you are paying them a hafta/mahina, you may sit anywhere, if not than they will take anything of yours without even informing you, Mr. Kashmira sitting in the corporation office is totally indifferent to such complaints, and why not, his inspectors collect the money and fill in his pockets.
