Subject: Request for garbage disposal
Respected Sir,

I regret to inform you about the deplorable, unhygienic condition of the road near NK High School, Ward no.6, Gali no.1 of 12 quarter road. A lot of garbage is thrown on the road as the garbage-bin kept near the road is always too full.

The stinking smell and the houseflies create hell for the people that Standing their or living their.

In the rain, it becomes worse. The mosquitoes breed there to spread malaria in the locality.

On 28/05/2019 I went to municipal corporation office hissar to enquire about house tax.
They give me printed notice of tax arrear of Rs. 226.54.till 2018-19.
I said that I have already paid housetax of Rs.192.00 on 06/09/2017 for 2017-18 vide receipt no.[protected].(G8 receipt No.)
Also
I have already paid houetax of Rs.173.00 o n 07/05/2018 for 2018-19
vide receipt no.[protected].(G8 receipt No.)
The counter official directed me to go to house tax branch in old premises.
On inquiry from there I came to know that tax deposit for 2017-18 is yet to be posted in Govt. record books. It will start in june 2019.
I was surprised how govt. is working that it has not posted taxes paid in govt. account.
where the money is lying .deposited by me.
According to news paper report there are hundreds of such cases.
I want that taxes be deposited in account and those responsible for the delay be punished.
