There is a dead cow in front of my house

I am resident of sector 37 D, Chandigarh near Euro Kids school. The garbage collector of our area is denying to collect our garbage by giving different excuses, mostly saying that dry and wet waste are not separate, though we are doing the segregation everytime. Actually, he is expecting extra charges from us by one or the other means. This has happened for 4th time now.
We want either the garbage collector to be changed or quick...

Hi I am a resident of #1224 Sector 22 B Chandigarh. There is a pile of leaves in front of my house, and its not been picked up from several days.

There is a neem tree in sector-47D, near EWS houses in the park, and due to ongoing corona virus and spread through bats and in that tree a lot of bats live there so we complained and people come and just for sake of showing do improrper work half side is cut half is left and when we say they dont listen and just say file a complaint, i think there is no need of this type of people

Apni mandi / day markets are being held by mc chandigarh on every wednesday and saturday in sector 40-d chandigarh. Vendors are using coloured lights (Green, yellow, red etc) on fruits/vegetables which is misleading the customers for fruits/vegetables being fresh, but actually they are not.
Since more than one years i am sending e-mails to councellor ward-9 mc chandigarh, mayor mc chandigarh, ms kirron kher, mp chandigarh, commissioner mc chandigarh, governor chandigarh, food and supply department chandigarh. But till date no action have been taken against these vendors.
In the neighbor hood of chandigarh i. E mohali where apni mandi is being held on monday and friday no coloured lights are being used, only white light is being used.
More over no employee of mc chandigarh is present in day market to check these vendors.
It is once again requested that action against these vendors may be taken so that they don't use the coloured lights over the fruits / vegetables.

Dear sir
I want to tell you complain about the mc garbage box who is placed not well in 'ramdarbar' near of sabji ground. The box is placed on footpath and due of garbage box people are forced for walk on road, and when the box is full nobody change that box. And other thing is same side on the road there is a large layer of sand the mc workers are not done their work properly and due of their laziness last week a accident happened. So i am requesting you please take a legal action about it.
