Respected Sir,

I am a resident of Gandhi Nagar, Street No. 9, facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main street.they are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby.they run towards motor bike and people going by the street. They even attacked on my baby but Fortunately I saved from them .people lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. My neighbour encourages such type of stray dogs by providing milk and food. The dogs roam around my gate and start doing vomiting and potty. I complained my neighbour who is encourages such type of dogs but they start using abusing language and threaten to me and my family.my wife is a civil Services aspirant and I am an advocate by profession is mentally disturbed and scared by this orphan dogs and such type of neighbour.
I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

Sir, the increasing number of stray dogs have become a matter of concern as they have created an environment of horror among the residents of Sector 8, Karnal. Cases of dog bites & accidents due to dogs running behind bikes cars have lead to even risk of life.

It's a request to the MC to take action & prevent any kind of mishap in future by catching dogs.

Menace of 2 stray dogs in ward 10, Sector 13, Urban Estate. Multiple cases of dog bites as well. Urgent action is requested.

I am the resident of H.no 68 narsi village karnal complaining against daily increase in numbers of stray dogs

We are resident of old Ramesh Nagar, Karnal. In our street, there are around more than 20 dogs, who uses to disturb us whole day, they use to bark on every one, also make our street dirty and now today morning one of them has BITE my father's leg.

This is extremely dangerous for us to stay here. Please make necessary arrangements to take away these stray dogs from our street.

I want to raise the concern about the street dogs in our colony. In dyal singh colony there are lots of street dogs around 9 to 10 . We can’t walk. There are lots of small kids
Who will b held responsible if someday they bite ?
If we go out all the way they follow us
Please take this as an major problem and kindly do something

With due respect we all resident sec-6 near park 5 are facing the problem created by stray dogs. This problem becoming more serious due to support of a lady resident of HN 1819A/6.She gives food them by putting the container of for dogs near the gate of others. A team from municipal committee came two three times to catch dogs but she opposed and close to them into her room and says she had authority to rear four dogs.
We therefore request you to help us to eradicate this problem

Regarding Jio company, s failure in filling the earth in holes dug for laying cables in the street falling in between 1384 to 1403, sector 6 and also in front of house no 899 of sector 9. Kindly get these filled at the earliest otherwise some mishappening will take place there.

I am a resident of ram Nagar karnal near cm house.. Many people are facing the problem of mad dogs and their stray on our streets.. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motorbike which leads to many accidents in the area. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is a headache as a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation.I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

There has been 2 years since sewer pipelines are dig into roads and the condition of roads are worse here especially when it is rainy season.water collects and mosquito breeds also there is lot of slippage.

Street dogs here in sector 13, urban estate, continuously crynand bark in midnight everyday.
Also, enter varandas in the houses, making it difficult for ladies and kids to move out.
Also, they are not seem to be vaccinated, thus making it possible spreading desease.

Street light of Block F, Line House no 141 to 156 in Narsi Village part - 1, sector 32, Karnal has not been working since the last 4 days. It is a rainy season and there remains darkness on roads during the night time. We request you to look into the problem and do the needful at the earliest.

Very old house . Creat bad insect and mosquito . Due to this creat flue, viourse, etc. Request please should be clean .

Adarsh park of prem nagar not maintained properly. There is no gardner available. All plants are died because of lack of water and supervision. Some people are distroying park cleanliness as well as big boys throw food packets and wrappers around gym equipments and in park also. Children play football and cricket in park and destroy all plants over there and they pluck the plants as well. Some distrubing elements also try to break gym equipments. You are requested to please do the needful, after all this is public property and no one has right to destroy it.
Please look into the matter, i will be very grateful to you for this.

S convent school, karnal, main aaj is complaint k dwara apko humare yanha nagar nigam ki shikayat likh raha hun, pichle kai dino se is colony mai jo nagar nigam ki van ati hai, vo har week mai do ya teen din nahi ati, or jab vo ate hai unko ham bolte hai to unka jwab hota hai apne kuda plot mai ni fekna hame phone kro ham turant aa jaenge, lekin jab call kro to koi reply nahi hota bol dete hai hai mai bhej raha hu par koi nahi ata,
Ab ap batao kuda kahan feke, teen din ghar mai rakh nahi sakte to plot mai hi fekenge, sab pareshan hai, ap iska solution kro other wise ek letter hame cm window mai dalna padega.

We are the residents of roop colony, bakra market, sadar bazar, landmark - lemon factory, i would like to draw your attention towards the stray dogs are in large numbers and citizen face many problems such as attacking of dogs leads to an accident near main roads night shifts, children and elderly person lose their sleep due to dogs barking, etc. We are facing lot of trouble, kindly pay attention to the mentioned complaint and please do the needful as soon as possible

I am resident of house no 642 sector 8.
Our neighbouring plot is empty and has not been cleaned years. It is full of wild trees and plants because of which snakes are entering our house. Kindly contact the owner and request to clean the house as it is making the area unhygenic and full of insects.

Respected municipal corporation karnal. We are the residents of 1067, sector 7 would like to draw your attention towards the poor slippery condition of road in front of our house.

Lack of proper road construction and water accumulation causes some major road accident due to slippery road and create ground for mosquitoes of dengue and malaria.

Kindly take necessary action for this.

I write this to draw immediate attention to the probelm of animal menace like cow, bull buffalo, being faced in the old shivaji colony karnal haryana. They can be seen everytime everywhere in the street. Due to this kids are scared at the sight. And also our street everytimee can be seen with full of anilmal urine and their toilet. So please need to focua here and tries to catch cow, buffalo bull, beacuse it is become more dangerous in the street when any vehicle passing. We have registered complaint many time. So please solve our problems.

I write this to draw your immediate attention to the problem of monkey menace being faced in Kambopura, Ward No. 6, Karnal, Haryana. They can be seen everywhere on the walls, windows, terraces, etc. They throw away things and tear off clothes. Small kids are scared at their sight.
Monkeys follow school going children. Many a time they have had a narrow escape of their bites. They snatch milk packets, fruit packets from people. If they manage to get entry into the rooms, they take no time to tamper with the things. We dare not show them away. I have complained many times to Municipal Corporation Karnal but they didn’t take any action.
I hope you’ll look into the matter immediately and take necessary action.

As I am very thankful to the government for this development in park. But the problem is the equipment was not maintained properly and as a result it breaks down . In park of sector 12 second part in opposite of Jaat Bhavan the equipment is break down which should be repaired or replaced . As there is a lot of problem for the people because of this . So I request you to get it repaired so that people can enjoy the environment in the park .

A platform was constructed for installation of open gym in the park of the colony. The contractor did not remove.the debris after completing the construction of the platform even though he was personally requested to clear the road & lift the malba. About more than ten months have passed but the malba has not been removed so far. You are therefore requested to take action so that the road is cleared of malba.

I am resident of sector 5 nearby green belt (Or heritage home). The sweepers in this area are not working properly and demanding unreasonable payment sometime twice a month. He is not collecting garbage regularly. Moreover there are no dustbins or van facility to collect garbage. So please i request you to take action against him and solve the problem regarding garbage or sweeping as soon as possible.

I deepam resident of sector 7, karnal is filing an complaint against the increase in number of dog biting cases in my area. Yesterday, my nephew and one of my neighbors got bit by a pack of dogs and they are suffering from serious injuries. Therefore, i feel it is difficult for the people to survive in this terror of dogs.. Sir, i humbly request you to take some action against this issue.

This is in reference with the gas pipelines that have been put underground 3-4 months back. After the completion of work, the mud is still lying on the road in front
of house no 263 and 264 blocking the enterance, hence causing inconvenience during in and out and parking vehicles.

You are requested to please look into this matter seriously and take action as soon as possible.

I am resident of sec 7 green belt at dead end near release land .the sweepers of this area never do their duty an whenever ask they always says this area is not our and do whatever u can . and moreover there are no dustbins in or near our area and also there is no van facility to or sweater to collect garbage So please intervene the matter and solve our problem thanx
