At least from last two months street lights are not working in front of# 31&34 sector 6 karnal. Kindly check the fault why the lights are not working. And secondly the tiles of street road in front of #31 sector 6 karnal, are not at proper level due to which the water from nearby stops here. This water logging creats problems. Kindly reset these tiles for proper levelling. So that this water problem will b solved as soon as possible.

Sir, from at least two months the street lights are not working in front of #31 and #34 and low level of road tiles in front of #31 due to which water loges here daily when neighbours wash there floors that water stops in front of my home. I m citizen of moti nagar. My house no is 330. I am complaining about dog in my neighborhood. When we even stand on our exit, it continues to bark. We are very worried about this. Once if it starts barking, it doesn't stop till 1 hour. We are so much distressed. I had loged complaint some moths before but no strict action was took. Plz sir i request you to do something on this issue and take strict action against this.

I am the citizen of subhash colony karnal there are alot of monkeys in my street which is creating alot of nuisance on the floors. They are creating havoc in the homes and also collecting the hanging clothes as well as vegetables with them. There are more than 20 monkeys and its really hard fod us to come outside the home. It is really difficult to live in the area

Kindly help us and start a fast processing of keeping them away from our area so that we can stay in a safer area.

I'm a resident of sector 13 near kalra sweets. This is in reference with the gas pipelines that have recently been put underground. After the completion of work, the mud is lying on the roads in front of the houses blocking the enterance, hence causing inconvenience to the residents during in and out and parking vehicles.

You are requested to please look into this mater seriously and take action as soon as possible.

This is with reference to the monkey menace that we are facing in our locality.
We are residents of shree ram enclave near kalra sweets, sector-13, karnal (Haryana). The monkeys have created a havoc in our locality. There are more than 15 monkeys that come to our area everyday in the morning & evening and create nuisance. They take away the clothes and tear them. Even the water tanks are not spared. They break the valve of water tanks. A few days back a man was tried to be bitten when he tried to shoo them away.
This is really scary and unsafe.
Kindly look into the matter as the matter is of paramount significance and needs immediate attention of the concerned authority.

Dear concern,
This is bring the matter into it notice that there are many stray dogs in our locality, some of which have serious medical problems, are creating havoc in here. They not only roam and bark at passer bys but also are biting kids, especially in evening when kids are out to play.
This is growing very seriously and now dogs does not fear of locals.
Pls take care of this matter asap

Hi there,

There a lot of monkeys near tube well no-5 new prem nagar karnal & they are increasing very rapidly aprrox 25 to 30 monkeys are there.
They attack when we get outside from home & they also attack on childrens.
& they take clothes and tear them.
They even take thing from people and attack on them.
& its a daily problem we face. Now. A. Days geeting out from home is a problem we have to look first outside carefully is there monkey or not. Kind of monkey terror. Going to work is also a problem due to monkey.
So take strick action as soon as possible.

As in sector 6 karnal when in morning i was coming back to my home then i saw a black labra dor female which was highly injured then i asked the people near by it then they said they are very disturbed by it because nobody is there for it and then when me and my friend just caught it for submitting it to municipal corporation then a man cane and asked us who is the owner you know? We said no and he started abusing us and may be he was the owner, he is not accepting it in his house and not allowing any1 to care for it. So its a humble request to check and catch that dog!!

Please get broken foot path repaired urgently as the mosquitoes are breeding there in broken foot paths filled with rain water. Good quality tiles may please be got fitted. Sometime back tiles were not fitted on all footpaths which are now filled with rain water where mosquitoes are breeding causing malaria and dengue diseases. Please get it done immediately.

Before 40 days street was destroyed for making new road. And last 5 days drinking water supply will be closed. Toilet sewage will be overflow in street. The plouted water spred around on all street. The processing work will be very slow. The cause of deseas will be grow. The life is very painful in this atmosphere. So we are requsted you to immidatly action against this. There is very bad condition of our vikash colony gali no-14 d ranwar road karnal. Such a bad smell is coming out from sewage it is so irritable for us. Road of colony is common path for everyone but the soil is settling down because of this breakage in sewage. Our mc is not paying attention to it. I request authorities to look into the matter and help us in coming out from this problem.

Please get check road encroachment of new housing board colony karnal sec-13 where the housen ono 893 & 894 are encorachin the public road to use personal house & branda and making the road narrow . The road joins the colony to the mugal canal and a way to go and joins the colony . firstly they closed the road by using a wall to stop the public vehicles and then after
3 month they are encroaching the public road for their use. they want to grab the public land for their personal use.please sir it will make a great difficulty for all the people who live their.

There is a lot of monkey in ramnagar and prem nagar locality
And increasing day by day
Today they climb on rooftop of a temple and pull sacred flag🚩 of temple with full force
The heavy flag weight was around 5-6 kg fall off from concrete and along with 7-8 bricks.
A person was standing there at that time
Luckily only a single brick fell on him

I am a resident of basant vihar karnal, and want to regretly tell you that there are no roads in whole colony. All we have are self made roads somewhere from sand somewhere bricks and somewhere stones and pebbles.
It causes a lot of loss for property and sometimes life.
Also water gathers easily in these so called roads and is a source of dengue and malaria.
Please look into this seriously

This is to complaint for not constructing roads in rk puram ward no 2 especially gali no 4 where the whole road is destroyed from last 2 months in the name of sewerage line, i know this is for the betterment of life but every day there is some casuality occuring due to this, lastly there are some pregnant females in this area who are about to deliver soon, we cannot wait for some thing big to happen and then react because that doesnt make any sense. We pay taxes not for having miserable life our mc is not paying attention to it, he says u guys didnt vote for me now suffer, i have also informed pradhanmantri sadak yojna on the app, hoping for the reply from there but before them i expect a reply and action taken by u against the contractor who is highly bad spoken and says its not his respnsibility.
Yesterday we tried to make the road comfortable by putting a laborer by ourself but that makes no sense because we r not qualified for the job neither our laborer.

Vikram marg road in subhash colony area of karnal is broken at several places.. At few places it so scary that so many times 2- wheeler rider have fallen, specially in the evening hours.. I will ask the authorized person to visit this road see that in how much bad condition it is.. I will request you to get repaired before the rain starts.. Otherwise a few more people may face injuries nd skiding from their 2-wheelers

I had lodged a complaint on Consumer Complaint Forum of Nagar Nigam Karnal on 10/05/2017 about non-working of lights in the green belt of Sector 6 Karnal.But no body has tried to rectify the fault till date.I regret to say that this is the work culture of the authorities in our Haryana.Whichever Government may come and go, there is little chance that work culture will ever improve.
I repeat that starting from Meerut road towards Sai baba temple, lights on the pole nos. 6th and 7th have not been working since long.What is the use of installing lights if they do not work ! You have spent huge amount of public money for the purpose.But what use it is if the lights do not work.When are you going to wake from slumber ?

It's been several years now these fruit vendors opposite ITI, Karnal are creating hell lot of Nuisance and Traffic Jams. They are 7-8 in numbers and have encroached the main road. Cars stop in the midway to buy from them and traffic coming behind gets stuck.

Why don't the Govt. completely stop/ban these vendors in the city which creates lots of problems to the citizens. From Congestion to Encroachments, they are a REAL BURDEN to the Urban people.

I recently saw American streets and cities-Wow not even a single Vendor operating. Everything looks so Planned, Professional and Clean. I really want to see India like this.

Presently, all you see in Indian cites is:

Road side vendors
Rickshaw operators
Pan walas
Anti-social elements
Residential and commercial activity at the same place. Never heard in any country.

Look at Model town of karnal. MC does not have any rules so people keep on opening new showrooms and shops from their residence-causing the road to block with traffic jams. I have left living in Model town altogether.

And Look at Sectors where separate commercial markets are established like sector 13, sector 7 etc. They look so planned and clean and worth living.

I, therefore, request to concerned authorities to take IMMEDIATE ACTION to remove these ILLEGAL FRUIT VENDORS.
And after removing them, Make a small garden with solid wires so that they DON'T DARE TO COME AGAIN.

Not very long ago you had very kindly installed lights in the green belt of Sector 6 in front of Tagore School.It was a deterrent against unwanted elements who sometimes broke into houses from the green belt side and also consumed alcohol in the green belt during the dark of nights.
But lights on poll no.6th and 7th, starting from Meerut Road towards Sai Baba Mandir, have been out or order for long.It has again given some freedom to unwanted elements which is sometimes evident from the empty bottles of alcohol and plastic glasses which we see when we go for a walk in the morning.It also jeopardises the security of green belt residents.
I request you to kindly activate the lights on these polls nos. 6th and 7th at the earliest.

Hawkers selling paan and beedis have been encroaching the road crossing or footpath of main sec 8 market chowk.pls ensure road safety and removal of these illegal hawkers selling on crossing .persons and vehicles regularly stop on the crossing and create nuisance for public.ppl smoke cigarettes and beedis and shout making nuisance for residents near chowk of sec 8 main market entry crossing into sector 8.they also use the main road of huda.

the shopkeeper "durga handloom & aman handloom" keeps their goods on the road and the are selling the goods on the road despite of talking to them they keeps on fighting as they are not afraid of law and order as whenever nagar nigam vehicle comes they shift their goods and when they goes they put it back on the road. as a shopkeeper i am also facing problem as due to this overstepping as due to this my shop is hidden and my shop is not visible as they display their goods by hanging on road.

we are residents of Jyoti Nagar Colony Gali Number 1 Opposite Shiv Colony we are facing Monkey's attacks from last 6 months. Multiple complaints have been registered in varius forums but no Answer. the attacks are getting feirce day by day. Tearing clothes, breaking property, attacking people is very common now. Children cannot play outside, Housewives cant sit out side, you cant dry clothes in open. Various people have been bitten and attacked, Not sure what government is waiting for some serious attack or death of someone.

Requested you please look up the matter as animals are suddenly attacking on peoples and on children's as well..

I want to tell u about the attacks of monkeys in sector-14. all ladies and kids are in danger. we gents come into the shops but ladies and kids are n ot safe in the house . Not only me but all the people who are residing in near to me all are fear about the attacks of monkeys. Sir, sector is not safe in any time of the day either morning or after noon or evening as well as in night too. We all are surprised that how we can overcome with this situation. Day by day numbers of monkey is increasing.

This is to inform you that the sewer lines in nirmal market opposite police line near hospital chawk karnal is overglowing since more than 2 months but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road smelling . I request you to do the needful as soon as possible

The new commissioner Smt. Sumedha Kataria HCS karnal has approved the unauthorized construction by accepting the compounding fees on 15/04/2015, which building was already proved 100% Illegal constructed by Smt. Renu Fulia ( Ex-Commissioner Nagar Nigam Karnal) & DC Karnal on 02/07/2013. When did we complaint to Smt. Sumedha Kataria about the building and showed her proof of illegal building then she showed her aggressiveness on us and told us Chandigarh municipal will look after this case not me, she said ( I sent the files to chandigarh for extra compounding fees) which was strictly against the Law.
