I'm Complaining about the street dogs noise

Hi Team, We are facing problems because of stray dogs heavily in the night times, as the dogs are making noise in the night times.. It's around 8-10 dogs. Please assist.

Drainage problem
Sir I am living in 93, subam nagar part 1, zameen pallavaram 600117, in my street drainage leaking occuring and my house letin drainage comes out, local municipal people doesn't help us, please help me to solve this problem
