sewage leakage

The sewerage in front of our houses is overflowing for the last few days. It has become difficult for us to live in foul smell. Mosquitoes are breeding. It has become difficult to pass through the street.in this rainy season an epidemic can spread. Please pay attention to the problem of residents of street no 28 anand nagar - b patiala. no water supply

water supply is not proper in the area of Anand Nagar-B, but the bill is charged time to time, I request you that please properly supply the water specially in summer, which is the basic need of human.
