I am writing to your esteemed self to bring to your notice the nuisance caused by stray dogs in vicinity of our society. The number of stray dogs in our area has risen alarmingly. The rise in their number has led to various other problems such as competition for food and shelter. The gangs of dogs often get involved in fierce wars. These fierce dogs pose serious threats to the safety of residents, especially children playing in the streets and parks. A few children have already been bitten by these dogs. These dogs fiercely chase many our residents and some were even bitten by them. we have personally brought this to the notice of local municipal corporation authorities but no concrete action has been taken till date.
On behalf of the residents I earnestly appeal to you to look into and kindly advise the concerned authorities to take required a tion in the matter.
Kindly relieve us of these dogs by getting them rehabilitated to homes for stray animals.

I am writing to bring your attention to a pressing concern that has been adversely affecting the safety and peace of our community in Dhakoli (MS Enclave), particularly near Brar Complex and Saint Soldiers School.

The presence of numerous street dogs in our locality has become an extreme menace, posing a significant threat to the safety of pedestrians, delivery personnel from online companies, and especially young school children. Recently, a distressing incident occurred where these dogs chased two school kids on their way to school, prompting immediate intervention to prevent any harm.

Furthermore, the incessant barking of these stray dogs throughout the night is causing disturbance and discomfort to all residents in the vicinity.

Given the escalating danger and disturbance caused by these stray dogs, I urgently request your prompt intervention to remove them from our area. Our collective safety and well-being depend on swift action to mitigate this pressing issue.

I am hopeful that you will take immediate measures to address this matter and restore safety to our neighborhood. Your prompt attention to this concern would be greatly appreciated.

This is to hereby acknowledge that there are 8-10 dogs in Savitry greens 1 VIP Road Zirakpur who effects the resident people and children . they bite the people who passes by. we are really fed up with these dogs. even we cant think to go outside for a walk alone in our area due to terror of dogs. So, it is requested to please to send dogs catchers to our area and take them.

I am a resident of mamta enclave house no 73 dhakoli zirakpur. Sewage pipeline is blocked near my house. Due to old house, the sewage system in my house is so low, so water get back to my house. I requested you to clear the main sewage line so pipeline will work again. I shall be very thankful to for this act. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

Ram niwas

There are around 50 potholes on this road from last 2 years but no action has been taken to solve this problem. Many accidents have happened on this road just because of these potholes and it is the only road for commuting daily.
In rainy days, you cannot distinguish between a road and a pond, you cannot even make a judge of pothole on the road, this makes it very difficult for us to commute.

Please solve this problem as soon as possible!

Sir/mam,

Due to rain during last few days, dirty water has gathered in front of house no 146, wadhawa nagar, baltana. Due to this, very foul smell is coming from surroundings and it is becoming difficult to breath. Due to this there are chances of spreading of diseases. But no official has visited yet.
Kindly look into this matter so that this situation doesn't get more worse.

I am resident of lajpat nagar zirakpur, there are very stray dogs in our society i have approach to zirakpur municipal committee office to complaint but no response given by any officer i have called to mr rajinder singh mobile no. [protected], he told me that at present three are any provision to birth control or to pick the stray dogs. Its responsibility of residents to pick the dogs. The dogs has bite many peoples specially kids. So please help us to short out the problem.
