I am associated with sri munusamy agency at velachery. I booked to refill cylinder on 03/09/2017 till today 22/09/2017 they failed to supply. I'm facing this problem for past six months since i shifted my house to a new place. Wen i tried to contact them there's no response (Either the phone is engaged or they will not attend the call. At last three days back on 19/09/2017 they answered my call and assured to supply on the next day. Again...

Dear Sir,
I am associate with M/S. Munuswamy Gas Agency, at Velachery for booking the cylinder on 17.01.2009 17 days till date we never get the cylinder and telephone line connected ( always busy) we observed sometimes they keep phones on hold. Every time We are trying continious 2-3 days then we book the cylinder. But we get cylinder within time. Booking of cylinder is very hectic.
