I have ordered choco teddy basket but still item isn't delivered, I'm so disappointed, they didn't even responded to my call...

I have ordered on line for a flower bouquet to be delivered @Christos Marthoma Church for ongoing wedding on 2 Jan, 2021 at 10.30AM.
I have paid Rs.499 for flower and Rs.195 for fixed time delivery= Rs.694 using my credit card. It was acknowledged.
Then on wedding day their representative ( Tel#[protected] name not given, informed me their inability to deliver . Hence the order was canceled and they said they will refund...
