I've won a contest in today's match i.e England vs India for which they're not crediting the amount to my wallet and now giving miscellaneous reasons that we can give you the payment of joining the contest I need compensation for the same as soon as possible I've taken screenshots of the same.

I'am playing my team 11 fantasy gaming app for past 3 years.. I have lost so much money in it... But 2 days ago in had won 9000 rs.in it... Yesterday they mailed me that you had been using two accounts which is against the comany rule & without informing me they blocked my account & stop my withdrawal amount... I told them that another account is my sister account that i made up for her to play that game... I never played from that account... I submitted all the correct information of my sister for new account opening... Now they are telling that if you want to unblock your account all the money that is 9000 rs. Will be deducted & you will have zero amount balance... Plzzzz try to figure out that

From the month of may 2019 i am trying to withdraw winning amount of 4400 rs. Its not working out. Initially the reason was to change bank account to another state with same pan. I changed and submitted. Now every time they are telling money will be submitted to my account number with in 24 hours. From last one month that 24 hrs didn't came.
Yesterday told it's already credited to account when i denied asked bank statement. That also provided, since then no reply.
Its seems that employees taking money by showing fake accounts. Or the company itself is running a scam.

I have withdrawn money from my team 11 many times and it has been added to my bank account but from last 4 transaction my money is not added to my bank account. What should i do now.
I have complained to my team 11 but they doesn't solve my problem.
I will be in great loss if they doesn't gave my winning amount. I will die because it was my hard labour to earn money but they don't gave me.

I have withdrawn money in my team 11 but it doesn't added to my bank account. At starting money was added to my bank account but from april my winning amount doesn't added to my bank account. So i request you to solve my issue as my[protected]rs will be lost and i will be depressed.
I have submitted complain to my team 11 but they doesn't solve my problem.

I withdraw 1050 rupees from my winning balance in my team 11. After several days, the money is not credited to my bank account. Then i call the customer care. They told me that the amount is on hold due to loged in other accounts from my phone. I verified the account with my pan card. Now i feel insecure for that. I want to register a legal complain against the company.

As per my team 11 staff i was created a account on my team 11 by email [protected]@gmail.com on 12 aug 18 and i also created a account by email [protected]@gmail.com on 12 jan 19 which is used by me hardly 2 or 3 days because i dont know that user can allow for one account. I verified my account [protected]@gmail.com with my pan no. And bank account and start playing till suspension with this account. I did a lot of transaction and small withdrawal with my bank account. After winning a league of 20650 rupees, i placed a withdrawal request 18000 rupees on 17 feb 19 and after that my team 11suspended my account on 18 feb 19 and showing reason multiple account. My question is why my team 11 didn't suspend my account when i was withdrawing small amount of money. Why they didn't check multiple account when i was withdrawing small amount of money after 12 jan 19. And why team 11 didn't warn me after 12 jan 19. If that time i was valid for small amount of money after 12 jan 19 then i am also valid for my winning amount. This is happened not only with me, my team 11 doing this other users also. I am in depression due to my team 11 doing unfair with user. I request to take necessary action again my team 11, so that in future it is not happen with other user because they earning money continue their users and payment time they remember fair play policy

It has been a year i am playing fantasy game with my team 11 few days ago i won some money (20000) when i send withdrawal request they have suspended my account saying rules violation but before 1 year i am depositing money in my team 11 account they never inform me warn me that your are violating rules i lost lot of money then they dont have any problem but when i won prize money they have suspended my account saying you have fake referal. And all i have sent several reminder of mail but they did not send any response..
I have also requested them if i violate any rules they can deduct amount of money as a penalty but still there is no reply so please suggest me what to do.
