It seems to be a big fraud because, Money and stemcell both these are missing, dnt know whom to contact.

Mr.Ashish Srivastava from Mycord gave a discounted package for Rs.30000 each, also he conformed that apart from this there is no any extra charges and its a life time package. I have taken EMI system (Liquiloans - which is associated to Mycord) to make the payment for the amount of Rs.60000 (to my both babies- Twin-1 & Twin-2). My babies blood processing is initiated and I got the NBS report.
I got my NOC certificate for the payment made. Since Oct'2020 I'm doing the followup to get the preservative certificate. But I'm getting only false promises from the company staff. I was insulted by the company staff it was like harassing me by all these staff namely Ms.Kangal - Spoke very rude, Mr.Lalith Jaiswal - Director of the company - Irresponsible, Mr.Indrajet - regional manager - not at all responding. When Ms.Kangal didn't keep-up her words i called beyond the office hours, I should have not done that but I want my work to done as promised and doing followup so many times these ppl really tested my patience. How much I can tolerate all these and also they are asking me to pay 10k each as a registration fee now again. Now Mr.Ashish Srivastava is also not associated with this company. Nobody is taking responsibility to solve the issue and simply giving false promise. They are in to illegal business with my baby blood products and cheating us.
Its better they should give my babies blood back and my money which is paid to them.

I am writing this to bring out to everyone's notice that mycord is just eating away customer's money and are not even reachable. We have been trying to get a response regarding our baby's sample collection, it looks like their toll-free doesn't even exist and is just number to dial in free time.

- what happens to sample
- where is the serum
- there's no toll-free of customer care, forget...

Dear sir, my baby was delivered on july 10th 2019 and i paid amount to "mycord" company for preservation of my misses stem cells, they promised to give me strech mark cream to my wife within 2 months of delivery but till day (30/09/2019) i haven't received the cream, so please take action against the company and get me the cream immediately, waiting for your valuable reply.
