The regional manager who responded very well in the beginning during payment. When tried to reach them to know "why chord tissue processing is not done yet and its been 16 months since my child is born?" they are not responding. If they accidentally pickup the call "they ask our crn and they dont get back to us".

It's been serious issue now. I'm shocked to see there a no complaint forum or customer care support

cheating and wrong information by stem cell banking companies

Hello there,
I have been contacted by one of the representative of mycord (Cellugen biotech) stem cell banking company. They said my baby's cord tissue can be used to cure rheumatoid arthritis (Ra) which my mother is suffering from.
Regarding the same ra, we have been seeing a famous rheumatologist in bangalore. He has confirmed that there is no permanent cure for ra using stem cell/cord tissue/cord blood which these stem cell banking companies claiming as such. Doctor said that, it is not officially approved in india and even in usa for the same.
As per the doctor, whatever the documents or lab reports or any other documentation shown/provided by stem cell banking companies are fake and cheating many of the patients.
Knowing the same, i have contacted mycord company customer service, but they are not responding to any of the emails sent from the initial day. I have already made 2 payments and now requesting cancel my policy. They are asking me to pay rs. 30, 000 under registration and processing charges. This is way too much beyond the cheating and none of the companies charging such high price.
Moreover, they haven't provided my officially signed policy documents until now and it is 5th month running after i have signed it. They are not even cancelling my policy as i requested.
Even if they do keep one emi payment under their processing fee and registration fee, it would be really helpful if we can get the other as refund.
Feb 24th 2018 cord blood collected from the new born baby. First emi payment done on 5th april 2018. Requested for cancellation on 17th april 2018. Until now no response but the emi's are being deducted from the bank account through ecs.
Kindly help as far as you can. Thank you.

We are also facing the similar fraud from mycord. They have not said about registration fee which will be collected even if we cancel the package. Neither they cancel our package nor responded to our email.Three EMIs have been deducted so far and customer service is not responding to calls and emails.

As our loan process is only process after clients aadhar card, pan card and sms approval of the loan by the client. This thing should not happen. and we are extremely apologetic for such issue. Kindly share the details and connect with us on [protected]@mycord.com
