Ordered 1 250g of whey isolate and 2.5 kg of whey protein on 8 oct 2021 on 10 oct got my 250g whey isolate but not the other one and i have been continuously trying to reach them but no one replies on the help centre in the app and when i track my order it shows that the delivery has been completed. I want my order or just give me my money back

On 21 August i did a transaction on myprotein India and my order is not placed but my money is deducted from my Paytm bank account.. and also order is not showing in order history..and they are not resolving my issue..
I provided them every single transaction details with screen shot but they are not replying back..
